i am BEYOND proud to share that my current show, Beautiful Without Consequence, has received a Jim Henson Foundation Workshop Grant!!!

thank you @jimhensonfoundation for the support

this show has such an important cast of collaborators who have all helped to shape it into something that i love. @themaricama @basiiiq @efcbatsford , you enrich the rehearsal and performance experience.

guided by the input of many of my own inspirations, @ashleyk.music @nehprii @monica_lark_ .

and hoisted on the shoulders of @bda_arts . my family, my support, my home base.

developed so far at @annstreetgallery @mashousestudio @lamamaetc , i look forward to bringing this show elsewhere to grow and blossom.

we are more than the mentalities that we are taught to have. we are caterpillars, chrysalises, and butterflies- at all times forever.

xoxo

•30• The birthday week of freshly being funny 30! Uncut no edits like my life so far. I say my age with pride because 20s was about catching up and discovering who I am. I was a very sheltered gyal in the suburbs. I’ve let people dim my light my sparkle( as my bestie said in my birthday card) I wanted to show my community holding me down. Even my coworkers at WORK sang to me! 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 as always thank you for the wishes, thank you for taking me out! Thank you for celebrating me when I was just gonna let it be another day. Mommy said she only believes in GOD not in astrology none sense but at 12 something she said YOURE A LIBRA! So I’m a Libra baby !!! LIBRA SEASON RISEEEEE! by @basiiiq
