Ian and Shen Wei started with a humble stall in Jurong and have since grown the brand to 25 outlets islandwide. Finally met the duo behind @basilking.sg to hear about their journey and how it all started. The new pork belly version had crispy edges with a firm bite and a savoury-sweet glaze that paired really well with the runny egg yolk and fragrant basil. Super sinful with the rice, especially when everything gets mixed together. And of course, one of the best parts here is choosing how many eggs you want.
