Finally got the Gold Medal 🥇in Abu Dhabi AJP Panama 🇵🇦, and another Silver Medal🥈in No Gi.

I’m still processing, cherishing and feeling into these moments. A lot of sweat and grind has went into this.

I’m Am Here and Now in this moment. It’s only from this place I can truly experience joy and appreciation for everything God has trusted me with. For allowing me to reach for the stars, and experience the highest potentials. Pure thanks for being around Love and Inspiration, while also being a beacon for this frequency.

11 years. There’s nothing to prove except to enjoy This. It’s special and earned. I knew right from the beginning your love is a Privilege. At the beginning I even had to fight for it, but damn it was so worth it. You really made me work for it (and tbh you still kind of do). I feel blessed because here We are… with You I have it all. I don’t take it for granted. You’ve brought the best out of me, and all I want to do is continue to enjoy every waking and asleep moment with you (and our kids too, of course). The Love we have for one another has grown infinitely and so many levels. Can’t describe something that is felt, and what I feel with you is what I have and cherish. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Love you babe, 11 is a very special number.

Just got featured in Business Insider for the work we’ve been doing with NutriRise 🔥

It’s amazing what happens when you put in the work and dream big. It’s not really about the superficial stuff (or maybe sometimes it is 🤣) jks aside… both of us walked into this relationship together with not much except a shared single bed, a vision and a mission to serve. Serving others only happens when you serve yourself. By letting go of habits and continuing to operate at new levels. It’s been a wild journey, coming back full circle to our clients who’ve been with us throughout the decade, and checking in with them to see what more can we do. Thank you everyone for all the support throughout the years, this is just the beginning. Thanks to our incredible clients across the USA 🇺🇸 and globally. This wouldn’t have been possible without you. 🙏🏽💙🌅

I’ll be making an announcement soon on new plans to compete again⚡️🥋

In such a short amount of time there’s been so much exponential growth. What’s crazy is that this is just the beginning and I’m grateful as a student and the privilege to devote myself 🥋

I’m breaking out of my shell and uncovering new aspects of myself that makes me happy and proud to be Me.

Thank you for believing in me, celebrating with me, and sending blessings 🙌🏽 I’ve read and loved every single love note, I’m grateful in every way. Thank you Ramsha for seeing the best in me, and give me the courage to step into the unknown. You inspire me pursue greatness, and I’m forever appreciative to you for making be better everyday. The process is very real, and is an inside job 🙏🏽

Stepped into La Liga BJJ in Santa Ana Costa Rica on spur of the moment. Picked up a silver medal 🥈 the decisions you least expect are the ones that surprise you the most, so embracing the novelty and spontaneity that comes with it. Because it will bring more joy than you can imagine. Amen. 🙏🏽

16KM trek / 12,100ft elevation down Andean mountains 🏔️ in sacred valley, we did the Walk of The Incas… on Wachuma 🌵… Big tests however faith is taking is the first step, and the path appears. This is literally how it is climbing down these mountains. Came out with more trust in the earth than ever before. Below is a Peruvian prayer from the Incas to share this sacred blessing. 🌏

Thank you huachuma for showing us the magnificence of this path, to embody and to be this path for generations to come. Thank you Titu @tituamarusalqa and familia for welcoming us to this experience, guiding us and sharing these beautiful teachings. It is an honour to be in humble service.

To the winds of the South,
Great Serpent,

Both finals at Abu Dhabi AJP Tour in Peru 🇵🇪🥋 were very close 🥈🥈, went into extra time and were decided by the judges. There’s a lot of tape so I included highlights, and the full matches are broadcasted live on Abu Dhabi AJP Tour YouTube Channel. It was hard not to imagine what could I have done differently and not let it go to the judges in both those finals. I’m not going to make any excuses. I have to go back to the drawing board and finish opponents to make it decisive. I poured a lot into these moments emotionally, and physically 🥋⚔️. Thank you everyone so much for the encouragement and support. It wasn’t easy to be away from my kids to go fight ⚔️. I have felt loved and worthy in every way, and that’s because of all the love notes I have received. It made me realize how proud everyone is, and that makes me very happy. I want to keep going and continue to challenge myself, what’s awesome is knowing that even with all this pressure I can keep going in knowing you all have my back. Much love 💙
