Pistachio Matcha Iced Latte 🍵🍃✨

I made this for myself and honestly it might be my prettiest drink yet 🤍🤩

🍃 INGREDIENTS:

Glass rim:
• 2 tbsp pistachio spread, softened
• 3 tbsp crushed pistachios (for rimming)

Drink:
• Ice
• 1 tbsp pistachio syrup
• ¾ cup (180ml) cold milk

Matcha:
• 1½ tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder(I used @basis.coffee matcha)
• 2 tbsp hot water (not boiling — about 70°C / 160°F)
• Whisk in a zigzag motion until smooth and frothy

Matcha Cream:
• ½ cup (120ml) heavy cream
• 1 tsp matcha powder
• 1 tsp sugar (optional)
• Whip until soft peaks

Garnish:
• Crushed pistachios
• 1 fresh strawberry, sliced beautifully

👩‍🍳 METHOD:
1. Spread pistachio butter around the rim of your glass, then dip into crushed pistachios to coat
2. Fill glass with ice
3. Add pistachio syrup and pour cold milk over the ice
4. Sift matcha powder into a small bowl, add hot water and whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until completely smooth with no lumps
5. Set aside 1 tsp of the matcha mixture for the cream
6. Pour the remaining matcha gently over the milk
7. Whip heavy cream with 1 tsp matcha and sugar until soft peaks form
8. Spoon the matcha cream on top
9. Garnish with crushed pistachios and a beautifully sliced fresh strawberry
10. Try not to stare at it too long before drinking 😂🍵✨

Pistachio love 🤌🏻✨A drink that tastes like it came from one of those expensive little cafés. ☕🤎Absolutely in love with this salted pistachio syrup.

Recipe :

Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso

* 2 shots espresso ( absolutely love these fresh beans from @basis.coffee )
* 1 tbsp brown sugar
* Ice
* Milk of choice (about 4–6 oz)

Salted Pistachio Cold Foam
* 3 tbsp heavy cream
* 2 tbsp milk
* 1 tbsp Nooly Salted Pistachio Syrup @drinknooly

Directions

1.Fill a shaker with ice, pour in the espresso, brown sugar and shake for 15–20 seconds until chilled and frothy.
2.Add ice to a glass and pour in the milk.
3.Pour the shaken espresso over the milk.
4.Froth the heavy cream, milk, and Salted Pistachio Syrup until thick but still pourable.
5.Top the espresso with the salted pistachio cold foam and enjoy! by @basis.coffee

espresso cup/shake cup:
- 1 tbsp maple butter @traderjoes
- 1-2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 2 shots of espresso ( I used @basis.coffee Mexico single origin)
ice & shake shake shake

regular cup: @weckjars
- ice
- shaken mixture
- 5 1/2 oz milk @lactaid
and dash of cinnamon

Banana Whip Almond Croissant Latte 🥐☕️🤎
My afternoon treat just got an upgrade!! Just like dessert in a cup!!

Very easy to make and comes out so delicious!! Make sure to follow for more delicious recipes!!

You will need…
1-2 tbsp of almond croissant syrup (must be @drinknooly )
2 shots of espresso must be fresh beans @basis.coffee
Add your favorite milk
Ice

Banana whip or cold foam
1tbsp of @jello banana cream
2oz of heavy cream
Splash of milk
1tsp of vanilla syrup (optional)
Use a frother and froth until a whipped cream consistency!!

It’s way too hot outside, so let’s make a Dubai Chocolate Affogato 🍨☕️🍫

If you know me, you know coffee is my first love 😂☕️ and @basis.coffee did not disappoint. They sent me their coffee to try and I genuinely loved it; the beans were so fresh, ground beautifully, and I mean… just look at the crema on that shot. 🤌🏼

matcha: 1.5 tsp matcha powder meaning 3 grams & 60 ml water= 60 grams
& whisk until frothy

cinnamon sweet cream cold foam: 3 tbsp heavy cream, 2 tbsp milk, 1 tsp vanilla, pinch of ground cinnamon

regular cup:
- 2 tbsp peach cobbler syrup @drinknooly
- 180 ml = 6 oz milk @lactaid
- matcha @basis.coffee
- cinnamon sweet cream cold foam
& dusting of cinnamon on top

Pumpkin + horchata = the fall combo you NEED to try. 🎃🤎☕️
Fall around the corner and the drinks getting better and better everytime 🫶

For my pumking Horchata latte i used
2shots of espresso
1tbsp of pumpkin pie sauce
Pinch of salt
Cool it down with your choice of milk
Add ice 🧊

☀️Horchata cold foam
3tbsp of heavy cream
2tbsp of Horchata syrup MUST be from @pielcanelasyrups
Splash of milk
Froth until creamy 👌🏼

This combo is a 10/10 so good!! 👍🏼
