This one has been a long time coming. My incredibly talented partner @thrimbychardo painstakingly hand-painted native wildlife from our neighborhood onto my carbon-repaired Æthos which I hydro-dipped. This project is something representative of myself, my brand, and our relationship. It is something I will cherish for the rest of my life. The completion was in conjunction with the official launch of my carbon repair/paint business @baskbikes and years of buildup on the back end. Thank you to the many people who support me, @austintricyclist helping me grow my passion and my skills, @julianpabloff dedicating his time to help me with his camera and editing skills, and of course @thrimbychardo for inspiring me / helping me bring this special project to life. @specializedaustin FACT 10R frame, @premier.cycling for full @enve finishing kit, and @shimano group, hand built by yours truly. taken in Austin, Texas by @baskbikes

When your vision becomes a reality!!!!!! If you know anything about me, you know I have a love for bikes!!! You see bikes bring me freedom, healing, exploration, speed, longevity, and take me to places I’ve dreamed of and they help keep the child alive in me!!!!!! The roads are always calling me, and I’m always listening! I’m proud of this one, it not only integrates my love of triathlon but also the business I love and am so grateful to lead!!!!! It will be a constant reminder to always strive for more and believe in a dream! Everyone, meet: “DANIELLA” I want to give MASSIVE shout out to @baskbikes for working on this design with me for months and then literally bringing her to life!!!! Meticulously designed and created with craftsmanship that’s unattached! Thank You to @ramiirom and the team @austintricyclist for facilitating, ordering, building, and delivering and always having the best service!!!! Thank You to the extremely talented @amy_lynn_gawlik for truly capturing Daniella’s true beauty!!! All eyes on Ironman California!!! T-Minus 45 Days! Life of Paul My customer wanted to commemorate the places he lives, people he loves, and adventures on his bike through hand painted artwork. @pickled_art_shop did an amazing job on the art and poured her soul into every single detail. It was a massive amount of work and there won't be another like it ;). 📸@julianpabloff taken in Austin, Texas by @baskbikes

Merry Christmas y'all! Enjoy these close ups as a present, the photographer is out of town so I took these with my phone. I can't complain about the 80° weather in December, it's helping get some frames sprayed! taken in Bouldin Creek by @baskbikes

Some of the paint jobs I never posted. Mostly because I never got photos that I liked. Most of them for friends or friends of friends over the last couple years. The process of being self taught has been quite the journey. taken in Austin, Texas by @baskbikes
