Savouring beauty and happiness. It’s a beautiful day. 🩵💛🩵

We have an evolutionary bias to savour negativity, it’s part of our survival system to keep us from future harm or repetition of what our nervous system experienced as unsafe.

If we make a conscious present decision to savour happiness and positive experiences, we can turn them into ‘glimmers’, think like the opposite of triggers, anchoring tools for bringing our system back to balance if we’re experiencing difficult moments.

One of my favourite morning places.😍

I’ve been busy changing my life recently!

I’ll soon be sharing all kinds of stuff about what I’ve been up to and what I’m doing now, but first a little background…

If you want to know more about plant ceremonies, get in touch! ✨🙏🧡

A few years ago I felt drawn to try the plant medicine brew ayahuasca. This was in the UK, so I found a place hosted by beautiful people where I spent 3 nights that changed my life, how I understood the world and how I understood myself within it.

All of these lessons came beautifully wrapped in a blanket of pure and infinite love, creativity and truth that I recognised as the eternal presence of the gloriously awesome badass, the great Pacha Mama herself.

I’ve sat with the madre several times since then, these times around with some of the most wonderful, magical and exemplary human beings I’ve known.

My life changes every day for the better, as the lessons I’ve had whispered gently, but directly into my soul during ceremony have shaped how I perceive the universe and my participation in the great cosmic dance of life and the Universe.

If you want to know, feel or believe in magic, then I would encourage you to met her yourself. She will change you, she will heal you and she will love you.

Mother Ayahuasca will show you that magic is the truth and that the truth is also the magic. ✨

If you’d like to talk about plant medicines, drop me a dm.
