This one is for all the people filling up my feed with photos of themselves from 2016…
Back then, I was on top of the world, or so I thought.
I had the friends, I had the fast car, I had the girl, the money, I had the fitness and the skateboarding.. I even had the internet “fame”..
Turns out I was just an ego filled asshole.. still living off the vibe of, the world owes me because I was homeless.
The pictures I chose to share are recent ones, animals, moments and friends that have shown me how to truely value what’s in front of me, what I have not what I want.
I’m now 40+, I work with animals, I have the most beautiful dogs by my side, minimal friends, I can still kickflip, I’m overweight and I’m growing a grey beard.
I hate what the internet has become, but I’m thankful for what it has taught me.
Going to try to continue to improve myself in 2026, after years of avoiding that.
Maybe I’ll post more. Either way, I thank all you legends who have stuck by me through this journey. ✌🏻 by @baskwith

The day my lens was cracked! Forgot to put this little adventure with the girls together, from a few weeks back. Not doing this trick down hand rails anymore, still absolutely love it! #skateboarding #gopro #dogsofinstagram by @baskwith

Sweet Milo is about to touch down in London to be reunited with his paw-rents. It’s been a privilege to be part of Milo’s journey. He’s stolen our hearts and will be fur-ever in our memories 🐶✈️💕 taken in Tullamarine Airport Melbourne by @baskwith

Yesterday’s #goodthingsfestival was an absolutely excellent time!
Seeing faces I haven’t seen in years, Limp Bizkit, horrible vodka and rain that managed to hold off all day 👌🏻 cheers to everyone I saw and everyone who made it special! by @baskwith
