Sometimes we take things for granted, and I forget how lucky I am. As a kid, all I wanted was to play music for a living—now we’re playing Red Rocks for the third time, then Stagecoach two days later, and crossing off so many dream venues.
I’m not big on social media because I like to live in the present, but I truly appreciate all the kind messages. This year hasn’t been easy, but it’s brought new beginnings and a new life I’m really grateful for.

I was a teenager when my bass teacher at the time told me “you made it big when you play @thegarden.“ Living in São Paulo Brazil at the time, it never crossed my mind that one day I would be performing there—this place has been on my bucket list since then. I’m very thankful for everything I have accomplished and very thankful for the group of guys that made it happen. Thank you @chaserice band, crew and @kanebrown_music. Rock and roll baby 🤘🏽
