Reward: an ice cold Guinness in London before I head back to NYC the same day to experience the G4 geomagnetic storm. 🍺

“Sedona” by Hari Nandu. Out now on all streaming platforms (links in bio)

“Sedona” is an instrumental solo bass piece written in memory of a dear friend’s baby daughter who passed away.

Although her time here was short, she had a bright and inspiring vital spirit that deeply impacted her loving family and dedicated medical caregivers. Her story continues to inspire other families with children who have complex medical conditions. Music can provide a healing touch in times of intense grief, and the process of writing this song was helpful for me. I hope that others who listen to this piece can gain a glimpse of her beautiful spirit and be part of her legacy, her butterfly effect.

Please visit https://www.sedonabutterflyeffect.org, the nonprofit organization founded by her parents to inspire parents with babies at risk for/or diagnosed with cerebral palsy.

Every single stream of the song helps raise money for the @sedonabutterflyeffect Organization. You can help us share her legacy by streaming and sharing. “Sedona” is out now on all streaming platforms including Spotify and Apple Music.

Sharing a moment in time from 2024 where I played a song I wrote in memory of my father while in Iceland at @laartmuseum_iceland

I reflect on his legacy this time every year and as I grow older I see even more wisdom in his actions, and the impact of his life on those who knew him.
