Bass Request is a Timișoara-based drum & bass DJ and promoters crew, founded in 2018 by Phoneme and Zero' with the aim of strengthening the local drum & bass scene. Shortly after its formation, Moondust and Goblin joined, helping shape the early identity of the crew.

Driven by a passion for quality drum & bass, Bass Request quickly developed an almost unique take on the genre, exploring diverse shades of the sound while remaining firmly rooted in underground culture. Over the years, the crew’s DJs have performed at numerous local and national events, contributing to the growth of Romania’s drum & bass community.

In 2025, Clark and SO joined the collective, further expanding its roster and energy behind the decks. The crew is also known for the Evening Dance series at D’arc pe Mal in Timișoara, after being invited by the AnonimTM crew to join and help shape the project. by @bassrequest
