Contact Improv
(April, 2026)

♾️

Standing. Stillness. Movement. Touch. Flow. River. Water.

In translation from body to mind and mind to body. Feeling what there is - always creating a unique room around you and your contact partner; and flowing through space on earth and currents of water just as we are at that point. Never just pushing through what only “I” need in that moment always in reciprocating communication with „the other“. There is no aim other than being and there is no becoming as we already are. No achievements to reach in some far away place because what you currently represent is simply enough. There is no particular form required, no skill yet to be achieved other than the understanding of what you can give and receive right here, right now. It deepens the insight of how we can move as a whole entity. There is no “one” without the other and there is no togetherness without “one”.

I realise there is so much more to say and to discover in a bodily therapy. I am curious and creative in what is to come. by @basti_speaks

🤍 „All we have is us.“ 🤍

I invited Basti & Chrysanthi into my bedroom to capture something honest. This is part two of the results - raw, intimate, and just what I was aiming for.

Moment, war heute nicht etwas? Stimmt! Black Friday. 🤪

💙Love found in Crete💙

🧡Hope found in Crete🧡

💚Peace found in Crete💚
Schaut doch mal in meiner Story vorbei.
