Warm-Up (5 minutes)
Bodyweight Squats – 2 × 12
High Knees – 30 seconds
Walking Lunges – 2 × 10 each leg
Ankle Bounces (light pogo jumps) – 2 × 20

THE WORKOUT:
Squat Jumps - 4 sets × 8 reps

Split Lunge Jumps - 3 sets × 6 reps

Broad Jumps - 4 sets x 5 reps

Pogo Jumps - 3 sets x 20 seconds

Max Intent Jumps - 5 sets x 3 reps

REST FOR 45-90 SECONDS BETWEEN SETS.

POINTERS FOR QUICKER RESULTS:
Train 3-4x per week (not daily).
Focus on quality jumps, not fatigue.
Land quietly and controlled to protect joints.

they gave me 2 CHANCES to make a HALF COURT shot at the @basketball_vic VJBL U18 FINALS… and i missed both 😅

electric night, crowd was INSANE. the games themselves were amazing, with Melbourne Tigers winning the girls final, and Sandringham Sabres winning the boys final.

Valerija Ljubicic was named FMVP for the Tigers, with 11pts/5reb/5ast for the game.
Max Pavey was named FMVP for the Sabres, dropping 23pts/6reb/5stl with a couple of assists to go with it.

Congrats to both teams on winning, and for the sides that didn’t come out on top, it was extremely well fought and you should be proud of the season you had.
