We are so excited to announce something that feels deeply personal to us… ✨ Bathing in Sounds ✨ After months of intention, prayer, and preparation, we are so excited to finally share something deeply personal with you… A sacred offering created with intention by two souls — Ari & Staci. Guided by presence, care, and a shared devotion to sound, stillness, and community. We invite you into a space where vibration becomes a gentle guide, where stillness speaks, and where the body is lovingly invited back into balance. A sound bath is a meditative experience using frequency and resonance to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support deep rest and energetic alignment. As you rest, you are “bathed” in sound, allowing layers of tension to soften, the mind to settle, and the spirit to open. Together, we will guide you through an immersive journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and harmonic frequencies — each tone intentionally offered to encourage relaxation, presence, and inner connection. No experience is needed.
Just bring yourself exactly as you are. Come rest.
Come receive.
Come join the community and be held in sound. ✨ 📍Located at Infinite Wisdom Healing and Wellness 🗓 Every 3rd Saturday of the month
⏰ 12PM & 2PM Click the link in our bio to reserve your space. SOUND IS POWERFUL.
PEACE FAMILY 🤍 by @bathinginsounds
🍂🌕 Under the Hunting Moon, we gather again. 🔥✨ We’re so happy to be invited back to join Indigenous Education for another evening of community, connection, and sound. There’s something special about being welcomed back into a space where people come together to share, reflect, and simply be. As we gather around the fire and welcome the beauty of the Hunting Moon, Bathing In Sounds will offer a relaxing sound bath to help you slow down, settle in, and give yourself a little room to breathe. Let the sounds of our instruments wash over you while you take a moment to rest and receive. Bring your blanket, get cozy, and come as you are. Whether you’ve experienced a sound bath with us before or this will be your first time, we’d love to share this evening with you. 📍 Fernhill Park, Food Forest Pavilion 📅 Monday, October 26 ⏰ 5:30–7:00 PM Come gather by the fire, connect with community, and let the sounds meet you where you are. ✨Bathing In Sounds ✨where sound softens the soul. by @bathinginsounds

Sometimes, the sweetest reminder comes from someone who has already been in the room. A moment to slow down. A little space to breathe. Sounds that meet you where you are. Every person brings something different to a sound bath, and every experience is their own. Hearing how our guests have felt during their time with Bathing In Sounds reminds us why we love creating space for people to pause, settle in, and be present with themselves. We’re so grateful to everyone who has shared a little piece of their experience with us. Your words mean more than you know. 🫶🏽 If you’ve been curious about sound baths, perhaps this is your gentle nudge to come experience it for yourself. ✨ Join us Saturday, October 17th ✨ Sessions at 12 PM & 2 PM Infinite Wisdom — 32 Maplewood Mall, Philadelphia, PA 19144 We’d love to welcome you into the room. 💕 Reserve your space through the link in our bio. Before we ever called it sound healing, the world was already full of it. Leaves rustling. Water moving. Birds calling back and forth. Wind passing through the trees. Thunder rolling somewhere in the distance. None of it is performing. It isn’t trying to make us feel better. It isn’t asking us to be still. It doesn’t need us to understand. It simply moves. And maybe that’s part of what draws us back to sound again and again. Not because every sound needs to do something to us… but because somewhere underneath all the noise, our bodies remember what it feels like to simply be. Maybe the sound isn’t creating the connection. Maybe it’s helping us notice that it was already there. 💫 Come Join us tonight in West Philly, at Bari Butiki, 7pm, 🔗 in the Bio. ✨Bathing In Sounds ✨ by @bathinginsounds

Fire doesn’t perform. Wind doesn’t try to soothe you. Birds don’t sing for an audience. Butterflies drift without asking where they’re going. Clouds shift without permission. Water simply finds its way. They just are…and somehow, that’s enough to bring us back to ourselves. Come take a pause with us. Wednesday, Sept. 16 · 7 PM at Bari Butiki Saturday, Sept. 19 · 12 PM + 2 PM at Infinite Wisdom RSVP — link in bio Bathing In Sounds✨ . . . #PhiladelphiaSoundBath #SoundHealing #SoundBathMeditation #SoundBathExperience #RestAndRest MidfulMoments PhillyWellness by @bathinginsounds

Friday (8/28) attended @saveourancestors Sturgeon Moon Fire Circle at Fernhill Park. It was exactly the vibe I needed. Ari and Staci of @bathinginsounds volunteered their sound bath talents to further put our frequencies on a higher level. They also walked around us with rain sticks, ocean drums and chimes. We were encouraged by the organizers to write down what we wished to shed. What no longer serves us and burn the paper in the fire 🔥 Thanks for providing this space & time 🙏🏾💫 #lastfullmoonofsummer #SturgeonMoon #FireCircle #spiritualcleansing #soundbath by @bathinginsounds
Sometimes, the earth doesn’t ask us to do anything. It simply invites us to listen. 🌿☀️ The wind moves through the chimes. The sun peeks through the trees. And for a moment, there is nothing to chase; only sound, breath, and presence. This is ✨Bathing in Sounds ✨ a gentle reminder that nature has its own rhythm, and your body remembers how to listen. No experience needed. Just you, some gentle sound, and permission to simply be.
