Sometimes my anxiety demon gets real loud, but I know I can out lift that dude in the gym, and that he really loves a walk in the sun.

My hard day checklist:
- lift heavy stuff
- walk about it
- fresh air (bonus points if it's sunny)
- tidy up
- mood lighting and a movie

Lifting heavy 🤝 adhd meds.

All jokes aside, lifting weights has done so much more for my mind than I could ever imagine. It's how I physcially process the big emotions, and what keeps me happy on the days that feel heavy.

Seriously need to get back to Japan soon! Was always at the top of my bucket list and is a place that taught me lessons, and introduced me to versions of myself I didn't know existed.

Seriously go run through a field - let your inner child out!
Had to try out the new drone and running round in the grass was the most fun I had all day! So yeah I now have 2 drones and need more cool hobbies to film... stay tuned ✌️

Not to mention that a small frolick a day is great for the mental and physical health!

Incase you didn't know I'm actually a professional mountain biker. Just out here teaching @solaceinsummits how to catch big air...
Learning new things in your 30s is kinda scary but also very liberating for your inner child. 11/10 highly recommend.

Finally opened that planner I got myself in November...
Nahhhhh I just had a cute arvo off at the lake and think I'm really funny.

All jokes aside and also not sponsored, I did need a 2026 planner and these ones from @saintbelford are really cute!
How long will a realistically use it for before forgetting about it... I give it 6 weeks ✌️ by @batkhat
