*AREA CREATIVE DIANGGAP TUKANG.* Ini penyakit industri kita: Music director, vocal director, composer, arranger, session player - sering dianggap "ah tinggal bikin doang kan?" Padahal otaknya yang mikirin sekaligus bikin lagu jd bgs. *Kenapa bisa gak dihargai?* 1. *Gak ada bandrol.* Lo sendiri gak punya rate card. Ditanya berapa, jawabnya "terserah aja". Ya diinjek. 2. *Gak ada bukti kerja.* Gak ada invoice, gak ada kontrak kerja, cuma modal percaya. 3. *Mental gak enakan.* Takut mahal dikit dibilang sombong, akhirnya banting harga. Lo banting harga, kita semua ikut jatuh. Bisnis mah mikirnya angka. Kalo lo gak pasang angka, mereka anggap gratisan. *GIMANA BIAR SEIMBANG?* *1. BIKIN RATE CARD, JANGAN MALU.* Misal: Aransemen 1 lagu sekian jt, Vocal directing per shift sekian jt, Jingle sekian jt. Tulis. Tempel. Biar orang tau lo punya harga dan dipantaskan dengan pencapaian loe. *2. JANGAN MAU DIKERJAIN & DITIPU JANJI.* Buat kesepakatan yg jelas kalo ada kesepakatan kerja + 50% DP di depan. Atau no advance tapi royalty bagi2 diblkg, onbase.hrs jelas. *3. STOP BUDAYA "BUAT TEMEN".* Temen malah harusnya ngerti harga temen, bukan minta gratis. Lo gratisin sekali, pasti akan minta gratis selamanya. *4. SATU SUARA.* Kalo semua MD/Composer sepakat gak banting harga, pelaku bisnis gak bisa mainin harga. Kalo lo masih banting, lo musuh kita bersama. Ingat: *Tukang aja ada upahnya. Masa otak lo lebih murah dari tukang?* Hargai karya lo, baru orang lain akan hargain lo. #ullydalimunthe #musisi #musicjourney by @batsukz101

sometimes the truth we find is not the answer we want. Out there, there are countless perceptions —some we may agree, others we may disagree. Because people often carry their own worries, fears, and questions within themselves. #poppunk #viral #emsuba #punk #fyp by @batsukz101

Some people try to dictate you. They demand you to be exactly what they want you to be. Most of the time, those dictators are the ones who are blind to their own faults. #poppunk #viral #emsuba #punk #fyp by @batsukz101

Every person carries a million stories, yet most people judge from a single moment. We hear one rumor, witness one mistake, or see one side, then believe we’ve understood everything. But a single picture can never capture an entire life. One Million Pictures is a reminder to look beyond first impressions, because the truth is always bigger than what meets the eye. judul: One Million Pictures artist : Emsuba Song Writer & Lyricist: Emsuba Composer: Candra Kim, Manjoy, Wawan Taroek Producer: Candra Kim & Wawan Taroek Vocals: Emsuba guitar/synthesizer: Wawan Taroek Bassist : Bato Rukman backing vocals: Fadhil Mixing Mastering : Omar Purplehaze by @batsukz101

Story Behind the Single One Million Pictures is about how easily people judge others based on only a small part of what they see or hear. Just like the blind men who each touched a different part of an elephant and reached different conclusions, people often mistake a small fragment for the whole truth. The song reminds us that one quick judgment can never represent someone’s true character. judul: One Million Pictures artist : Emsuba Song Writer & Lyricist: Emsuba Composer: Candra Kim, Manjoy, Wawan Taroek Producer: Candra Kim & Wawan Taroek Vocals: Emsuba guitar/synthesizer: Wawan Taroek Bassist : Bato Rukman backing vocals: Fadhil Mixing Mastering : Omar Purplehaze by @batsukz101

A song that was written about how people can easily misjudge others just from small fragments they’ve seen that actually don’t represent who the person really is. judul: One Million Pictures artist : Emsuba Song Writer & Lyricist: Emsuba Composer: Candra Kim, Manjoy, Wawan Taroek Producer: Candra Kim & Wawan Taroek Vocals: Emsuba guitar/synthesizer: Wawan Taroek Bassist : Bato Rukman backing vocals: Fadhil Mixing Mastering : Omar Purplehaze #poppunk #viral #emsuba #punk #fyp by @batsukz101
