For chef and entrepreneur Neo Nontso, motherhood isn’t about starting over. It’s about growth, expansion and making room for more.

As she prepares to welcome her first baby, Neo is embracing this new chapter while continuing to honour the woman she has spent years becoming: chef, creator, entrepreneur, wife and so much more.

“I don’t see becoming a mother as starting my life over or becoming a completely different person. I see it as an expansion of who I already am,” she shares.

With her deeply personal cookbook, Love and Lobola, also on the horizon, Neo reflects on love, food, family, identity and the traditions she hopes to carry forward.
