3rd prompt for Inktober2026. Not sure if the cat ( Lemon ) is mildly annoyed, or curious, and deciding to pounce on the little gnome who's popped out from the unknown.

A tribute to Warhammer and Star Trek during this month of illustrations. Might try to tackle most of them. Been 6 years since I last participated with all the awesome illustrators doing this.

Practice watercolor sketches of a distant world.
Definitely have a preference for acrylics and pen and ink.

Villagers had warned him against traveling to the home of the medicine woman at the edge. So he approached lamp lit in hand to make his presence known. Superstition and fear had a habit of getting the better of people.
No different than the lamp, he found practicing some compassion could often brighten not only his path but of those he encountered. His axe, though, close at hand, always ready for any insensitive encounters.
