🤎✨ Soft Sunday, Strong Soul ✨🤎

Healing takes time, growth takes patience, and peace begins with giving yourself grace. You don’t have to have it all together to appreciate how far you’ve come. Today, be gentle with yourself and celebrate the woman you’re becoming. 🤎

Happy Sunday, beautiful souls! 💕 by @bawld_notes

Stay on your P’s. 💕🙏🏾

Prayer keeps you grounded.
Priorities keep you focused.
Peace keeps you protected.
Positivity keeps you moving.
Patience keeps you from forcing what’s not ready.

Protect all five. ✨

You really can… but first you have to believe you can. ✨

Stop waiting for permission. Stop shrinking the vision. Stop talking yourself out of the life you keep praying for.

Believe it. Pursue it. And don’t let doubt decide what you’re capable of. 💫

GRWM: ThickCon Atlanta edition 🐆🧡✨

Headed to THICKCON Fashion Show 2026 and I decided to be bold, sexy & a little wild.

Orange two-piece skirt set + leopard blazer + leopard heels — all @TJ Maxx . Gold hoops + bracelets from @Rainbow Shops .

You don’t have to announce every battle you fought… the way you move after surviving it says enough. 💙

Youre Still here. Youre Still standing. Youre Still choosing You.
That’s the flex. 💪🏽✨

BAWLD reminder: Be kind to your mind, too. 💙
You pour into everyone else, show up strong, keep pushing and keep smiling… but your mental health deserves care too. Rest. Reset. Protect your peace. You are a priority. ✨

THE B.A.W.L.D. ANTHEM IS OFFICIALLY HERE! 🎶👑

And during Alopecia Awareness Month?! The timing honestly could not be more perfect. 💙

This is OUR song.
Our confidence.
Our story.
Our energy.

For the women living with alopecia.
For the women who lost their hair.
For the women who shaved it.
For the women who are BALD BY CHOICE.
And for every woman learning that beauty was never dependent on hair in the first place. 💙

I wanted us to have something that felt like a celebration. Something bold. Something fun. Something we could turn ALL the way up to. 🔥

So yes… I’m in the living room lip syncing like this hasn’t already been on repeat. 😂

B.A.W.L.D. family, OUR ANTHEM IS HERE. 💙🎶

Now tell me… which line is YOUR line?! 👀🔥 #bawld #bald #bawldanthem #trending #alopecia by @bawld_notes

August did what it came to do. ✨

Now I’m walking into September a little wiser, a little stronger, and a whole lot more intentional. No forcing. No chasing. Just faith, alignment, and whatever God has next. 🖤🙏🏾

Monday came back around. New week, new moves. Don’t carry last week’s doubt into this week’s opportunities. Get up, get focused, and go handle what’s yours. 💯✨ by @bawld_notes
