🌸 WOMEN MAKE THE CITY – ART EXPERIENCE 🌸

Join us April 25th from 4PM–10PM at OPB Co. for an evening dedicated to celebrating the women who help shape the culture of our city.

Women Make the City is all about highlighting the creativity, talent, and vision of local women artists. From powerful artwork and unique styles to stories told through paint, canvas, and creativity, this night is about giving flowers to the women making moves in our community.

🏡✨ Meet Sylvia Nguyen.

A Northern California realtor whose hustle started long before real estate ever entered the picture. Her journey began back in high school, when she realized early on that the traditional 9–5 path just wasn’t for her.

Instead, Sylvia carved her own lane.

From selling cars, to cutting hair as a barber, to now helping people find homes across Northern California, every chapter of her story has been built on determination, confidence, and the willingness to bet on herself.

Meet Carmelita Ramirez is a public health professional and MPH candidate committed to advancing health equity. Her work has focused on community-based outreach to improve access to preventive care for underserved populations, including farmworker communities and Latino families, particularly through vaccine education, breast cancer awareness and screening initiatives.
