Soon, I will be leading a Community Breathwork Offering❕
.
.
.
🌬During this Community Breathwork Offering, I will lead participants through various breathing techniques, and altered states of consciousness as they explore and release Spirit & body traumas, stagnant energy, grief, fear, anger, tension, painful memories, etc.
🌬Through this release, we will create space in the body & Spirit for renewal, ease, forgiveness, confidence, joy, clarity, and increased awareness.
🌬This event will be held via Zoom, and offered at a sliding scale rate.
🌬There will be 3 sponsored spaces available for those looking to participate, but unable to dedicate the funds.
🌬DATE & FURTHER DEETS COMING SOON.
🌬FEEL FREE TO DM ANY QUESTIONS. 😌 by @baybee187

Come see your favorite Community Deathcare Provider 🤭 & End of Life Doula 🥀 at the Overdose Awareness Vigil hosted by The City of New Orleans Department of Health & Human Services on Monday, August 31st from 5 to 9 PM. ✨

This 🆓 event will have food provided by La Cocinita, poetry by Jas Rogers and FreeQuency, performance by Amos Distefano and Flowers, memorialization portrait offerings of your deceased loved ones by Sommer Cassidy, and an altar created by Alexius Reign dedicated to all members of the community who have experienced the effects of overdose.

*This will be a no photo / video event to keep the privacy of those grieving. We hope to see you there! by @baybee187
