31. 🕊️🕯️🤍

yesterday was more than just a birthday; it was a prayer answered in real-time.

after a year of learning how to sit in the quiet, how to be alone, and how to celebrate myself when the world felt empty… i stepped into this day expecting to just exist. i was ready for it to be just me and God.

but i’m ending this week with tears in my eyes and a heart that is completely overflowing. to my friends who have been by my side through every single up and down this past year, thank you for being my village. to the ones who surprised me with so much love today and made sure i didn’t spend my night alone (despite the weather)... your loyalty is a gift i don't take lightly. thank you for pouring back into me.

i realized that when you stop overgiving to the wrong things, God finally allows the right people to pour back into you. thank you for the flowers, the steak dinners, the cards, and the beautiful intentionality that made me feel like a privilege to know.

i’m entering 31 softer, more protected, and deeply loved.

quietly. deeply. intentionally.

happy birthday to me. 🥂✨💐 taken in Denver, Colorado by @baybeeteejayx03

year one as a coach, complete. 🏀
more than just basketball… this was about showing up, being consistent, and pouring into these girls the same way others once poured into me.
every practice, every game, every conversation mattered.
watching them grow on and off the court meant everything.
so grateful i got to be more than a coach… a mentor, a safe space, someone they could count on.
this season changed me too 🤍
year two, we coming back even stronger. taken in Denver, Colorado by @baybeeteejayx03
