This fall, we're building power from California to Pennsylvania with Seed the Vote! 🌱 🗳️

Trump, MAGA, and tech billionaires are gearing up for an expensive & confusing midterm. With Trump urging USPS to restrict mail votes & ICE reviewing voter data, we know that our vote & the results are at risk of election sabotage.

Seed The Vote is connecting volunteers to canvassing efforts and critical races at risk of being contested across the country. Volunteer to doorknock, phonebank, recruit your friends & family, fundraise, and help out behind the scenes!

Bay Resistance is hosting several canvassing weekends in both California and Arizona. Join us! All are welcome, regardless of experience. If finances are a barrier for you, Seed the Vote is here to help. Let's build power together! 🗣️

Sign up to doorknock -> stvote.org/DoorKnockBayResistance (link in bio)
Dates: Sept 18-20, Oct 10-12, Oct 31-Nov3 ✊ by @bayresistance

What's on your ballot? 🧐 What does a yes vote mean for our neighbors, housing, and $$$? 💸

Here are Bay Rising Action’s endorsements for ballot initiatives aligned with our vision and for candidates who stand with people, not corporations. Endorsing organizations’ members, leaders, and staff—rooted in working class communities of color—decided on the positions taken in this voter guide.

Check it out, share with friends and family, and don't forget to fill out your ballot! Mail your ballot before October 27, submit it at a polling place or an official drop off box, or go in person EARLY to vote! 🗳️ 🏃

The text reads, "Bay Area: What's on your ballot? All propositions & Bay Area measures, explained." The Bay Rising Action logo is in the corner. by @bayresistance

Join Bay Resistance with Indivisible San Francisco, 50501SF, and our coalition for a mass march to VOTE EARLY TOGETHER, urge our neighbors to vote, and show our power in numbers in the heart of San Francisco 🌉

For more than a year, millions of people have come together to reject the idea that power belongs to kings, billionaires, or politicians who believe they are above the people and the law.

Now, we are taking the next step, turning people power into voter power. Unlike previous No Kings actions, No Kings: Vote Early, is not purely a protest. Instead, on October 17th, it's a day of nonpartisan voter participation: we are bringing our community together to make a plan to vote early and ensuring every eligible voter understands their options for how to vote and has the opportunity to make their voice heard.

Because no one person gets to decide our leaders before voters do. On October 17th, join us in local events across the country as we get out the early vote and say it loud: no thrones, no crowns, no kings.

➡️ We will gather at 1 PM at 18th St. and Dolores St. Our rolling block party will move through the Mission.

🗳️ Bring your ballot! We will walk to a ballot box to drop our ballots off and VOTE EARLY! Join us to demonstrate democracy, solidarity, and strength against authoritarianism.

We decide who represents us. We decide what comes next. A yellow poster features a black crown with a red "X" over it. Text reads: "No Kings, No Thrones, No Crowns." Below, "October 17" is highlighted in red. At the bottom, "NOKINGS.ORG" is displayed on a red background. by @bayresistance

Imagine being one of the richest people on earth and throwing a tantrum over a one-time 5% tax that pays for healthcare, food assistance, and education for Californians — Prop 40.

That’s what Props 41 and 42 are: billionaire tantrums.

🐶 Prop 41 would overturn Prop 40
🐶 Prop 42 would ban all future billionaire taxes like it, for good

Our healthcare vs their greed.

✅ Vote YES on 40
🚫 Vote NO on 41 & 42 by @bayresistance

Every day, hundreds of volunteers across the Bay Area participate in one of the most important tasks in protecting our community. Adopting a corner is a way to observe and record any ICE or DHS operations, express your solidarity with day laborers, and build relationships with those most impacted.

We are calling on ALL allies to Adopt a Day Labor Corner in your local community. Choose a location convenient to you, where day laborers gather, and commit to showing up regularly.

Be present. Be consistent. Build relationships and offer protection.

Be a green flag! There’s just a few weeks until Election Day and @SeedTheVote is recruiting 3000 volunteers to go door-to-door to take back Congress. They’ll even help out with your travel and hotel. Visit stvote.org/signup to get started. A person holds a red flag and a green flag, highlighting different attitudes. The red flag says, "Voting doesn't change anything anyway." The green flag says, "Let's go canvassing in a swing district together!" Below, text reads, "Be a green flag! stvote.org/signup." The SEED the VOTE logo is at the bottom right. by @bayresistance

❤️‍🔥Grounded in Buddhist teachings on interbeing and interdependence, we will co-create a space to honor our ancestors and grieve the lives lost to the unjust and inhumane immigration system, paying special tribute to the stories of Asian ancestors. Through altar building, Buddhist ceremony, walking meditation, and bon odori dancing, we will remember and console the spirits of all those who have been killed by ICE this year.

Our neighbors, friends, and communities face increasing arrests and deportations (https://stopaapihate.org/2026/09/15/a-pi-ice-data-fact-sheet/), with California seeing the highest rates of Asian arrests in the US. The conditions of ICE enforcement and detention are inhumane and deadly; since 2025, 80 people, including 14 people from Asian communities, have died at the hands of ICE.

We must keep showing up. Interdependence means that we are not free, until we are all free. As we move toward the November elections, building our capacity for mass nonviolent resistance will be essential to upholding our democracy and keeping our communities safe. Let’s rise together to meet this moment with fierce compassion and solidarity.
