There’s no waste at the altar. God can use anything, step into your calling. They called it a hobby. A side gig. Something you’d “grow out of” eventually. But God doesn’t waste a gift. He put that in you on purpose, and He’s not asking you to hide your talents. He wants you to share them and multiple them in the Kingdom. (Parable of the Talents) He’s asking you to use it to advance the Kingdom. Swipe through and find yours, did we miss any? Let us know for part 2. 📲 Share this to your story for the creative who’s been sitting on their calling. 🏷️ Tag the one who needs to bring their talents in. Repost this to spread the word and encourage others to use their talents. Somebody out there is one post away from finally saying “Yes.” Let’s go! 🔥 “The harvest is plenty and the workers are few.” Bold black condensed capitals on a bright orange background reading "God called you to take photos." taken in Bayside Granite Bay by @baysideyoungpros

It’s right here in black and white, and it couldn’t be more clear. One sermon a week won’t change your life, and there’s research to prove it. Be honest about the circle you run in. Are the people around you actually in the Word, or are you all just showing up together, consuming one more service, one more night of worship, and calling it growth? It’s well known statement that, you become the average of the people you spend the most time with. If your circle only ever consumes, you will inherently become a consumer; not a student, nor a disciple. Here’s the finding that should change how you think about it. The “Power of 4” is research from the Center for Bible Engagement: engaging Scripture four or more days a week is the single strongest predictor of spiritual growth. They studied 100,000+ people over eight years. One to three days a week landed basically the same as never opening it. At day four, everything changed. People who engage Scripture 4+ days a week are: 30% less likely to feel lonely 32% less likely to struggle with anger 40% less likely to feel bitter 57% less likely to struggle with alcohol 59% less likely to view pornography 60% less likely to feel spiritually stagnant That’s what we’re building at Bayside Young Professionals. We’re starting Bible in a Year together. We’re going deep, and we hold each other accountable. Thursday October 1st, is the soft launch in the New Testament. We have the plan and Bible study kit on our Instagram page, go there to get more information. Come get connected to YP. We start Thursday 7PM, in Studio B at Bayside Church Granite Bay | Roseville. Send this to someone who needs to go deeper Share to your story to invite more people Repost this to spread the word Save it so you don’t forget See you Thursday Stop consuming. Start studying. It’s simply black and white. Source: Center for Bible Engagement, “The Power of 4” (Cole & Ovwigho). 100,000+ people over 8 years. PS. IF YOU SAW THIS LATE, that is not an excuse to skip this experience. You can catch up and you’ll still be surrounded by people who are studying the Word and will help you do the same. Come as YOU are. Black-and-white grain text graphic, "Church can become just another thing you consume." Small label: read before next gathering. taken in Bayside Granite Bay by @baysideyoungpros
