ORLANDO 🍊📣 You’re the FIRST stop on our Bazaar Florida Tour of 2026. And ooooo we missed yall 🤗 On Saturday, August 8 — we are collaborating with the gorgeous @casselberryarts for an unforgettable night market w vendors, collectives, DJs from Central FL 💫 Love to @redbulldance for supporting this event before RED BULL DANCE YOUR STYLE NATIONAL FINAL!!! 💃 ✨ INSIDE THE GALLERY: 1. We’ll have incredible vendors lining the gallery walls 2. @chknnbeer is curating a lineup of C+B favorites to showcase the craft inside of our steel cube 3. @p1k_music, @meechiexx, @jrpgmaker are starting a new digital creative collective and will showcase an audio visual installation that interacts with the music 4. @damenezi, @teagancarregalstudio and @alexiskaylacreations are curating an art show INSIDE THE WORKSHOP HOUSE: 1. @orlando_house_party is setting up an all vinyl DJ booth + spinning records 2. @orlandocollageclub is setting up tables for collage to decompress + be creative | $5-$10 donations 3. @sondersewing is teaching a sewing workshop and will show you how to sew a keychain 4. @att.fabiolacristal is teaching a junk charm press-on nail workshop OUTSIDE IN THE PARK: 1. We’ll be setting up wonderful vendors in our custom stalls that we built and are bringing from Gainesville 2. @blownout.media + @notanotherfilmlab are curating their first exhibition together titled Diaspora 3. @citrusmrket is going mobile with their @citrustent + coming thru with a polaroid photo booth 4. @ruggedperspective_orl is creating a big rug that everyone takes turns tufting to make a community rug 5. @wearealljeanie is creating a Mi Gente zone with domino tables 6. @searchcentralfl will be showcasing the local art of SEARCH: a snail mail club 7. @radityanaren.dp is screening shorts made by local filmmakers on our inflatable projector screen 8. @sr50magazine bringing skate ramps as installation art + seating for the films 9. @redbulldance is bringing their dance floor for a special performance 👀 10. @00jordie is curating an outdoor DJ booth for good music all night 11. @duc_brush will be drawing caricatures of you 12. @marvelous__productions is doing lighting design See yall 8.8 🌟 taken in Casselberry Arts Center by @bazaar_47

Of course, we couldn’t host our market at @casselberryarts’ GORGEOUS gallery space, without including a proper art show 🌷✨🎨💖 CALL FOR ARTISTS — Join a beautifully curated visual art exhibition that features Orlando’s local artists at our first stop of the Bazaar Florida Tour on 8.8 🌸 The show’s theme is simply — FLORIDA TOUR 🌴🚌 And it invites artists to explore Florida as more than a place on a map… but through memory, identity, culture, environment, imagination, and lived experience 🌞 Together, the selected works will create a multifaceted portrait of Florida through the eyes of Orlando artists. Curated by @damenezi, @teagancarregalstudio, and @alexiskaylacreations ☀️ • 🍊 SUBMISSION DETAILS: • Open to all artistic mediums and free to apply. • Work may celebrate, question, document, reimagine the Sunshine State, from landscapes, tourism, nightlife, neighborhoods, migration, and nostalgia to Florida’s humor, contradictions, growth + environmental change. • Artwork does NOT need to feature landmarks, palm trees, or traditional Florida imagery. 💌 Every good fairy tale has a moment where it feels like the story is ending... only to reveal it’s actually the beginning of a brand new adventure. Everyone, FAR AND WIDE, it is my honor to introduce you to Bazaar47 — an event venue and third place in Downtown Gainesville. Formerly, How Bazar. Back in March, my co-owners and I began having hard conversations about the very real possibility of letting How Bazar go completely. But after a lot of reflection… I realized I wasn’t ready for the story to end. So while I’m now the sole owner, it felt incredibly important to honor what all of us built together by sharing How Bazar’s story. And it’s a long one! 😅 👉 Some important things to note: • Bazaar47 is in the same location | 60 SW 2nd Street, BUT, waiiiitttt til yall see these renovations in here 😮‍💨 • Rather than being everything all at once, Bazaar47 is transitioning into a proper event venue, with consistent in-house programming + an accessible rental model so others can create their own experiences 🎤 • The grand REOPENING will be a block party on Sat, August 22 🤩 So please mark your calendar! • 1947 is the year before Al-Nakba (The Catastrophe). Before the mass displacement of Palestinians in 1948, Palestine was thriving agriculturally, artistically, socially, + culturally. Bazaar47 is a reminder of what was, what endures, and the future we continue to work toward, GLOBALLY. Although we’re a small local space in a small Florida city, I chose the name Bazaar47 to keep the bigger vision in focus. From Gainesville to the world. This journey has been wild, beautiful, heartbreaking, and transformative. And I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Thank you from the bottom, top, and all the sides of my heart to every single person who has walked alongside this project, believed in it, and continues to show up. A space influenced by Florida and Palestine. A tropical desert in Downtown Gainesville. We went out in the RAIN because we couldn’t wait to share this announcement with yall! 🌧️📢😭 NEW FESTIVAL VENUE: we’re moving Big to the heart of Downtown Gainesville ❤️📌 A few weeks ago, we were told we wouldn’t be able to host Big 2026 at our usual venue because of a change in ownership. At first, we were really sad, stressed and disappointed…But when we decided to bring Big home (downtown), we started to see so many new avenues for creativity and collaboration ♥️✨🥹 We decided to look at this challenge as an opportunity for growth — and thankfully it has been exactly that 🌱 We will be spreading EIGHT STAGES across 2 blocks of downtown 😲 Here’s what that will look like: • Main Stage will be outdoors in the Lot 13 Parking Lot • @zackfox/@uway.zip’s stage will be down 1st Avenue • We’re towing the legendary Rhythm Room (iykyk) and placing it on 2nd Ave — shoutout @sum_res_cogitans! • Then we’ll be working with our amazing neighbors to put stages in @the.how.bazar, @theatlanticgainesville, @thebullgnv, @theloftgnv and @signalgnv • We’ll have decompression space / relaxing activities inside of @cafevoltaire.gnv and @looseyspub • PLUS so much more that we’ll share when we post the official map of the festival 🗺️❤️ Sooo get your tickets now from bigcaf.com and see this journey come to life on April 10-12 in downtown gnv <3 Thank you to @salamo_manetti_lax for editing 👨‍💻📹 taken in Downtown Gainesville by @bazaar_47
