Our deepest fear is that our wishes won’t come true, but life holds a hidden grace: the unexpected things you never dreamed of may still find you. #throwbacktuesday taken in Amsterdam, Netherlands by @bazivibes

So, I had lagman last week, the location is Vokrug Testa, Bishkek. It was delicious.
I just want to share that I did a life compass assessment, basically you evaluate your life in different spheres and I realised the score for fun and recreation is very low. 4.3 out of 10. I want to help myself remember all the fun things I do. Keep track. Otherwise, I just forget. Maybe I will track how much play is in my life, play tracker. Sounds fun. https://makselife.com/collections/free-printables/products/life-compass-assessment-free-printable by @bazivibes

Even a hundred years from now,
These mountains will still stand tall.
And people then, just like us now,
Will strive not to age at all.

Even a hundred years from now,
Love will bloom just the same.
Spring will return to kiss the earth,
And the Moon will rise again.

Even a hundred years from now,
Trees will sway in the breeze—
Whispering softly, just like this,
Except for us... all will remain.

Inspired by @sgrstk , I wanna share about the work we do in our minds.
I realized recently, that I got rid of shoud-have-done or could-have-beens mentality. When I hear this from other people I start a mini tantrum - like - hey hey, we are in the now. Can we think in the now mentality, instead of ruminating and feeling like this situation could have been better etc.
Blaming someone/yourself for the past decision eats you up from the inside. Be forgiving and think in the now. Example: after a meal people drop - should have ordered something different.
