Somebody please explain to me how we got to FIFTH GRADE already?! 😭🥹 I swear I was just dropping my baby off for kindergarten, and now we’re preparing for MIDDLE SCHOOL?! I did not authorize this. 😂

Eli, I am so incredibly proud of the young man you are becoming. Watching you grow into who God created you to be is one of my greatest joys. I know God has His hand on your life, and I can’t wait to see all the amazing things He does in and through you this year. 🙏🏾💙

It’s hard to believe you’re already 10 because it feels like you were just born yesterday, but somehow it also feels like you’ve been here forever.
I love that you’re mature beyond your years but still know how to be a silly kid. I pray you never lose that childlike joy. Keep laughing, keep dreaming, keep being passionate about the things you love—even when you’re explaining WWE and football to me like you’re the parent and I’m the child. 😂
God is doing amazing things in your life, and I know He has even greater things ahead for you. You are a light in this world, and I pray you never let that light dim.

Memorial Day is more than the unofficial start of summer — it is a day of remembrance for the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. Today, my family proudly honors the lives and legacies of my Uncle Sgt. Major Lacey B. Ivory and Cousin Lance Cpl. Raymon A. Johnson, whose courage and selflessness will never be forgotten.

As we remember our fallen heroes, we also lift up their families in prayer and gratitude. And even in the current state of our country, may we never lose sight of the sacrifices being made every day by the men and women serving across the globe. Freedom is never free, and we remain forever thankful to those willing to risk everything in its defense.
