I’ve gained a few new followers since Worlds, so I thought I’d share a little more about my impairment NF1.

It’s a condition that comes with its challenges, but it’s just one part of what makes me, me.

2nd in the WOOORRRLLLDDD 🥹🌍🥈✨

There were tears in the warm-up area before this race even began. This moment meant more than I can put into words.

Growing up with NF1, facing years of being picked on, doubted, and feeling like I had to work ten times as hard just to keep up, I never imagined I’d be competing at the worlds stage let alone standing on the podium.

My students told me to show everyone what I’m made of. This one is for them and everyone impacted by NF1 worldwide.

What a way to finish an unforgettable 25/26 season.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way — my family for putting up with all the training and an exercise bike invading every room, the main man the future E15 athlete @coachparkerpt who got me here, everyone at @athelisclubandspa , those who cheered me on in person and from afar, @scienceinsport who kept me fuelled for race day, and @nervetumoursuk who continually spread awareness of NF1. 💙💚

This medal may have my name on it, but it belongs to all of you too. 🥈

Excited for the 26/27 season, I have BIG goals 🏃🏻‍♀️

I’ve been selected to join HYROX’s Participation & Growth Working Group for the adaptive division, and I want to hear from you!

What do you think is stopping more people from getting involved? Are there barriers that need addressing, changes you’d like to see, or things that would make training and competing more accessible?

I want to help get more people involved, get more gyms on board and see our division grow 🚀

Project Death by Burpees is officially in full effect. Took my BBJ from 6:03 at Worlds to 3:02. We’re on a roll 🚀

Proud of the work, proud of the progress but I’m definitely not done yet. I know what I’ve got to work on.
