A day of slowing down, tuning in, and reconnecting with myself 🤍🌛🍃

Spent the day exploring the delicate scent of @chloe Chloé Atelier des Fleurs, slowing down with @blueray.th light & sound therapy, and getting lost in flowers during a bouquet-making workshop.

Hosted at @innerspacebkk, a counseling & therapy space dedicated to mental wellness, the day felt like a gentle reminder that peace can also be found in taking care of what’s within.

Sometimes, a good day is just about doing little things that make you feel good from the inside out. 🌿✨

การท่องเที่ยวที่ยั่งยืนที่สุด เกิดขึ้นเมื่อผู้คน ธรรมชาติ และวัฒนธรรม เติบโตไปพร้อมกัน 🌿✨

ไปเที่ยวโอ๊ะป่อย จ.ราชบุรี มาวันก่อน บอกเลยว่าประทับใจมากๆ ทั้งกิจกรรมในตลาด อาหารขนมต่างๆ พี่น้องชาวกะเหรี่ยง วัฒนธรรมน่ารักที่ไม่ได้เจอได้ง่ายๆในเมืองกรุง และการดูแลรักษาธรรมชาติของที่นี่

ที่ชอบมากคือรู้สึกว่าที่นี่ไม่ได้แค่เก็บวัฒนธรรมไว้ให้ดู แต่ทุกอย่างมันมีชีวิต คนในชุมชนเอาสิ่งที่มีอยู่มาต่อยอดจนกลายเป็นทั้งของกิน ของฝาก และกิจกรรมที่เราได้เข้าไปมีส่วนร่วมจริงๆ ไม่ใช่แค่มายืนดูเฉยๆ

ขับรถออกมาแค่ 2 ชั่วโมงนิดๆก็ถึงแล้ว วันหยุดใครยังไม่มีแพลนลองมาเที่ยวที่โอ๊ะป่อยกันดูนะคะ ฮีลใจจจจ🍃🤍
