BBB Engines 67 Camaro

This shop built car by Ben the owner of BBB Engines is far from a shop display, it has attended such events as Street Machine drag challenge as well as many others in the Brisbane area.

The Camaro is powered by a single turbo Dart LS next block built by Ben himself.

The combination produces a very spicy 1900HP and runs a time of 4.76@151 on the 1/8th mile.

We are going to do a quick write up on here about @bbb_engines
And are h a ppy to feature reputable shops involved in the scene such as BBB.

Another BBB Barra done and on its way to another awesome customer! 💪🔥

This one is built to make some serious steam, featuring:

• Billet crankshaft
• V2 rods
• Nitto pistons with upgraded pins
• Fire-ring combustion sealing
• Fully modified custom oil pump
• Ported cylinder head with OS stainless valves
• Custom-ground camshafts
• Spring pack with TI retainers to suit
• Torrington thrust assembly

Professionally built in-house from start to finish.

Josh’s LSA came into us as a crate engine , tore it down , ring gaps , ACL race bearings to get correct oil clearance , bbb ported and modified oil pump, ATI balancer and overdrive pulley, CHE trunions, Kelford custom camshaft and 3 bolt conversion, adjustable chain set and dampener , warspeed oil pick up girdle, manton pushrods , ported snout, Nick williams 103mm throttle body, harrop top pulley to get us our desired boost resembles and ready to go #bbbengines #warspeedindustries #lsasupercharged #kelfordcams by @bbb_engines

My first entered powercruise was a success 3 days 4 sets of tires 200l of e85 and a shitload of laughs car performed well a split powersteering line and a little electrical gremlin we sorted was the worst of it the orphan got a hiding for 3 days and loved every bit the @bbb_engines barra seen all of 8000rpm daily and performed effortlessly big thanks to @bbb_engines @1320motorsportsau @jmasphaltqld @powercruisegup @fablabqld by @bbb_engines

A real nice 2JZ all done and ready to get back in the car, std crank , Carillo H Beam rods , Cp pistons , fire ring combustion sealing, Ported Cyl head with kelford custom solid camshafts , modified and ported oil pump , ACL race bearings along with some ARP CA18 head studs and L19 main studs this thing is ready for some Booost!!! they really are a great little engine #bbbengines #cppistons ##carillorods #2jzpower by @bbb_engines

Another Barra under way and in its final stages , using a Nitto piston , rod and crankshaft combination along with a torrington thrust bearing assembly, a ported head that flows 320 + CFM, custom camshaft package , billet oil pump (wet system) ported in house , fire ring combustion sealing and all the usually goodies we do here in house. matched with a Toomey billet 12 injector manifold and a G50 Garret turbo it’s nearly ready to make some steam 💪#bbbengines #nittoengineering #barratheworld by @bbb_engines

With Barras being the flavour lately we have another one on our assembly line, With a 4 valve CYL head and after some porting done these heads can flow over 320 CFM , with a custom set of camshafts we offer it’s no wonder these engines see upwards of 1800 HP in this form 🎉🎉 #bbbengines #barratheworld🌏 by @bbb_engines
