Good conversations. Genuine connections. Someone who's always in your corner.

For Big Sister Alex and Little Brother Ashtyn, mentorship is about showing up, sharing laughs and building a friendship that makes a difference. It's a reminder that the most meaningful connections start with something simple: being there for someone.

You can be that someone. Become a Big and make a lasting difference in a young person's life.

🎙️ Ahead of last month’s kickoff, our Chief Operating Officer, Pierre Gaither, joined Peter Biello on GPB’s Georgia Today to discuss Brother, I Got Your Back (BIGYB) — our new initiative in partnership with Morehouse Football and the Morehouse Football Alumni Association.

In partnership with Morehouse Football and the Morehouse Football Alumni Association, BIGYB brings boys on our waitlist together with student-athletes and alumni for monthly group mentoring experiences, using sports to build connections and create pathways to one-to-one mentorship.

Meet Big Brother Dr. Philip and Little Brother Myles!💚

Dr. Philip has been instrumental in launching BIGYB, our new mentoring pilot partnership with Morehouse Football, and he’s now doubled down on his commitment to youth mentorship by becoming a Big in our traditional Community-Based Mentoring program.

Thank you, Dr. Philip, for continuing to show up for young people and congratulations to Dr. Philip and Myles on their new match! We can’t wait to see where this journey takes you both. by @bbbsatl

More than 100 guests joined us at Topgolf Midtown on Sept. 11, helping us raise more than $100,000 for mentorship in metro Atlanta and surpass our fundraising goal! We’re so grateful to everyone who came out, sponsored the event, donated, played a round and helped make the day such a success.

A special thank-you to our Gold Eagle sponsors: @ga_power, @first_horizon, @genuine.parts.company and @georgiapacific for investing in the work we do and the young people we serve. We’re already looking forward to the next one! by @bbbsatl

Congratulations to @coxenterprises on being named the 2026 IMPACT Corporate Program of the Year by the CVC of Atlanta! 🎉

In partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta, Cox Enterprises supports Beyond School Walls, a site-based mentoring program. It brings high school students into the workplace each month for mentoring, career exposure and hands-on professional experiences.

Those experiences can help build confidence, explore career paths and envision what’s possible after high school. In May 2025, 100% of participating seniors graduated on time, 99% avoided the juvenile justice system and 94% had plans for post-secondary education.

We’re proud to see Cox’s commitment to our students and to mentorship recognized through this award. 👏 by @bbbsatl
