BBH FAM, OUR NEXT KINDNESS MISSION! 🛒♥️

Thanks to everyone who supported our Melbourne Launch Dinner, we were able to raise funds to donate to Ronald McDonald House. But we thought… why stop there? ❤️

On top of our monetary donation, we want to help fill their pantry for the families staying there and we’d LOVE our BBH community to help us.

Next time you’re doing your grocery shop, consider picking up one extra item to donate. It doesn’t have to be a lot.

One can. One juice box. One packet of biscuits. One small act from lots of people can add up to something BIG.

🛒 Swipe to see the suggested donation items.

📍 DROP OFF: Mambo (Sunshine) & JAYA (CBD)
@cafemambo_barandlounge @jayabar_319
📅 DONATIONS CLOSE: 9 October

‼️‼️ For food safety and hygiene reasons, please only donate unopened, commercially packaged items. No home-cooked or self-packed food, please.

Let’s fill that pantry, with food, hope and kindness ♥️

💛 R U OK?

It sounds simple. But sometimes, it can mean everything.

Today is R U OK? Day, a reminder to check in on the people around us. Not just the ones who seem like they’re struggling, but also the ones who are always smiling, always helping and always saying, “I’m fine.”

You don’t need to have all the answers. Sometimes kindness is simply sitting beside someone, listening without judgement, and letting them know they don’t have to face everything alone.

And don’t let the conversation end today.

Check in tomorrow. Next week. Randomly send that message. Make that call. Invite someone for a coffee.
You never know when a small act of kindness might be exactly what someone needs. 💛

Sometimes, the people who are always there for everyone else need someone to show up for them too. ❤️

Recently, someone reached out to BBH about one of our biggest supporters who’s going through a bit of a rough time. They didn’t ask us for help. In fact, from everything we’ve heard, they’re usually the one giving, helping others and putting everyone else first. So this time, we wanted kindness to find its way back to them.

We quietly sent a little financial support, not because the amount matters, but simply to say: We see you, we appreciate you and your BBH community is here for you. ❤️

We won’t always be able to help everyone in the same way, but whenever we can make someone’s day a little lighter, we’ll do our best. Sometimes hope is simply knowing that someone has your back.

Don’t give up. There is always hope.

Let’s Bring Back Hope, together. ❤️

A huge thank you to Melbourne Chinatown Business Association (MCBA) for partnering with us for such an important milestone for BBH. ❤️

And thank you to MCBA for providing our guests with dining vouchers to enjoy over the next month at MCBA-affiliated restaurants. Another reason to come back, explore and support our Chinatown community. 🏮🥢

Holding our launch in the heart of Melbourne Chinatown meant so much more to us than simply choosing a venue. It was about bringing people together, supporting local businesses and celebrating the power of community.

Thank you, MCBA, for believing in what BBH stands for and helping us Bring Back Hope together. 🤍
