This is the smug face of a woman who just completed 4 years of TCM and Acupuncture studies. Be aware, I’ll probably tell you to stop drinking iced coffee, cold water and that if you wanna glow you should do acupuncture. by @bblaim

Solo week in London 🇬🇧
How many selfies in scrubs can a girl take? 🌀👩🏼‍⚕️
Probably not enough for this peak life moment.

Spent the week at one of the NHS hospitals with one of my teachers at the acupuncture department in the maternity ward. Learned to support women throughout their pregnancy and beyond 🍼🐣✨ Think nausea, pelvic/hip/back pain, anxiety, birth preparation… and so much more. Honestly one of those weeks that reminded me exactly why I am doing this and studying again for years 😮‍💨

Even got to see some precious friends too, you know who you are. ILYSM 🫰

Ended the week with an incredible massage at @masajme_ 💆🏼‍♀️

And if you ever need a home away from home in London, @masonfifth is perfect, I cannot recommend enough 🏡 by @bblaim

Lake dips, paddling on the bluest lake, cute view on a glacier, going up rainbow creek, snacking on wild 🫐, hiking in old growth, watching the moon rise ◡̈ by @bblaim
