TACO FREDAG! 🤠

Vad grillar ni idag? 💯🔥

In a world dominated by fast food and shortcuts, there's a unique joy in slowing down and dedicating yourself to a true craft. Preparing a smoked venison shoulder is exactly that—a process that demands time, patience, and above all, love.
Smoking isn't just a cooking method, it's an art form. I used hickory to provide a subtle and aromatic smoke that complements, rather than overpowers, the natural flavor of the venison. Over hours of careful smoking, the meat is transformed. The warm smoke envelops the shoulder, giving it a deep, golden color and a scent that fills the air with the promise of an extraordinary meal.

Every bite is a reminder that the best things in life take time. ❤️🔥
