The past three days at the Elite Club MVP Mastermind reminded me how much the people around you can challenge you to grow.

I had the honor of learning and collaborating with some of the top title reps in the nation, brought together by the one and only Lisa Crown.

She brought in a former NFL player Devon Kennard, a PGA Tour pro Joe Affrunti, and AZ legend Brian North to close things out. Each had a different path to the top, but the same fundamentals kept coming up: show up consistently, do the necessary work, and surround yourself with people who hold you to a higher standard.

That carries directly into how I want to serve the agents I work with. If I’m asking you to trust me as a partner in your business, I owe it to you to keep getting better at mine.

50 lead gen ideas. Because “I should probably prospect more” is not a strategy!🤣

The last stretch of 2026 is coming up fast, so I pulled together 50 different ways real estate agents can create more conversations, relationships, referrals and opportunities before the year is over.

And no, the goal is NOT to do all 50.

That would be insane.

Scan the list. Find 3 that actually fit your personality, your market and the way you like to do business. Then commit to doing them consistently instead of hunting for the 51st idea.

Some are old school.
Some are digital.
Some cost money.
A bunch cost basically nothing.

Data from 10,000 expired listings tells us an interesting story and this was the stat I couldn’t ignore:

The longer a seller stays off market, the more likely they are to switch agents.

By 180+ days, 39% of sellers who relist choose someone new.

Most agents fight over the first few days.

Very few have a real strategy for Day 30, 60, 90, and beyond.

That’s the opportunity.

Time kills loyalty. Stay in the game.

3 takeaways from Tom Ferry Success Summit in Anaheim that every Arizona agent needs to hear.

1. This IS the market. Tom and his team are saying the conditions we’re in right now are the conditions we’re in for the next 2 to 3 years. Stop waiting for it to change and start building a business that works inside of it.

2. Long form YouTube is back. Short form gets you discovered. Long form gets you trusted. Trust is what actually converts into a listing appointment.

3. Jason Pantana says we’re in the expired era. There is more expired and withdrawn inventory sitting right now than most agents have seen in years, and almost nobody is working it correctly.
