A Lotus already knows its way around a corner. There’s still room to raise the limit. 🏁

This 2026 Emira came to EP3 for more than an installation. Its owner trusted our expertise to choose the right upgrades for better track performance.

We installed BBT Racing Adjustable Upper Control Arms, adding greater camber adjustment and spherical bushings for a more precise suspension setup.

What does that mean in the corners? With the right alignment, more negative camber helps keep the tire’s contact patch engaged under load, supporting cornering grip and reducing abuse on the outside shoulders. Spherical bushings reduce flex, helping maintain more consistent suspension geometry when the car is pushed.

Quite a bit of an update on the Speed Yellow G82 M4. 💛

- @kw_suspension V4 3-way coilovers paired with @bbtracing_com camber plates
- @eventuri_ Black Carbon intake system
- @bbtracing_com front thrust arm bushings + rear toe arms
- @splparts front lower control arms + outer tie rods

Finished off with a track-focused alignment to put everything to work.

More grip, more adjustability, and a much sharper G82.

We didn’t copy the GT3.

We rethought the adjustment.

−9 / 0 / +9 mm
Three positions. One octagonal lockout at the end of subframe.

Rotate it to compensate for LCA length.
Lock the geometry at both ends.

Then fine tune camber with 0–10 mm eccentric shims in the end of knuckle.

No threaded rod ends.
No wandering adjustment.
No unnecessary 2 piece architecture.

Fixed where it matters.
Adjustable where it counts.

More caster isn’t always better.

Pull the tension arm forward to gain caster, and you’re also changing the LCA & tie rod geometry bringing bump steer along with it.

BBT Caster Adjuster for 911.
Correct the geometry. Keep the wheel where it belongs.

Don’t chase caster. Chase the geometry.

Another one in the books — teamed up with @bbtracing_com again for a street/track dual-duty ZD8 BRZ.

With the @verusengineering aero package already on the car, it was time to properly dial in the suspension to support it. We installed a set of TEIN Mono Sport coilovers along with BBT Racing’s V2 rear lower control arms, toe arms, and adjustable end links to get the rear geometry and stability where it needs to be.

We spent a lot of time testing and developing the V1 setup on our shop BR86, and the V2 is a major step forward.

And yes — we are fully aware of the roll-center correction side of the equation. More development coming soon.
