I am SO blessed and incredibly excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my athletic and academic career at Boston College!

To my family and friends, thank you for always being by my side every step of the way. I really appreciate everything y’all have done for me. I am so grateful for each and every one of you!

A huge thanks to @houstonjuniorsvolleyball and @episcopalhsvb , specifically a special thank you to Coach Mac, Coach D, Coach Stratt, Coach Stephen, Coach James, Coach Marissa, Coach MJ, Coach Felipe, Coach Tara, Coach John, Coach Jordyn, Mama Rhodes, and Coach Lauren for believing in me and pushing me to be my best. None of this would have been possible without you all.

I’d also like to thank Coach Kara and Coach Rachel for all of your advice, encouragement, and support throughout this process. Thank you for helping guide me to my next home.

From coast to coast! I am beyond excited and grateful to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and athletic career to play division 1 volleyball at Boston College.

First and foremost, I want to give all glory to God. Without Him, I would not be anywhere close to where I am today. I would also like to give my biggest shoutout to my parents and sister. Their support and trust in me cannot go without noticing. Thank you for every sacrifice you have made to put me before yourself.

Thank you to @coastvbc for developing me through the great and challenging moments. Especially my Coach Luis, Nilay, Rafa, Caio, and Said. And a special thank you to Cam Green for helping me through this whole process.

Finally, a huge thank you to the entire Boston College staff. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to perform as an Eagle!!

I am so excited to announce my verbal commitment to Boston College to continue my academic and volleyball journey!

First, thank you God for blessing me with such an amazing family. To my entire family- I am so thankful for every sacrifice you have made, and the endless support you have shown me. I also want to thank my FarOut family - Coach Joe, Val, Cam, Payton, Michelle, Christa, Alan, Charlie, Kellie, Clair, and all of my teammates - thank you for pushing me, believing in me, and making me the person and player I am today. ELITE SIGNED ✍️🇺🇸

We are proud to announce that Lucie Veselá (5’9”, Brno, Czech Republic) has officially signed with Boston College for 2026.

Lucie is a setter known for her maturity, leadership, and speed on the court. She will join a highly competitive program in the ACC Conference — one of the strongest conferences in NCAA Division I — while attending one of the most prestigious institutions in the United States.

I am beyond blessed and excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Boston College!

Thank you to my family for believing in me, supporting me, and investing so much time, love, and sacrifice into this journey. I’m so grateful for your endless encouragement and for always being my biggest fans. I couldn’t have asked for a better support system.

I’ve been blessed with an incredible group of coaches who have pushed me, challenged me, and believed in me. Kris, Stephen, Jeff, Rachel, Lauren, Felipe, Tara, John, Jordyn, Shelbi, and Nick, thank you for helping me become the player and person I am today. I’d also like to thank Kara and Rachel for all of your advice throughout this process. It meant more than you know.

To my HJV teammates, thank you for being my best friends. You make volleyball so much fun, and I truly couldn’t imagine going through this journey with a better group of girls.

A special thank you to Mama Rhodes for making HJV feel like a family. Your love and support for every player make HJV such a special place, and I’m so thankful to have been a part of it.

Words can’t express how grateful I am to Coach Jason, Coach Marissa, and Coach Will for believing in me and giving me this incredible opportunity. I can’t wait to be an Eagle!

Lastly, and most importantly, thank You, God. Thank You for blessing me with the ability, the passion, and the opportunity to play the sport I love. My faith has been my foundation through every step of this journey, and I’m so grateful that I get to continue it at Boston College.
