The film *Gattaca* (1997) ☝️🎬

In a near-future world where social status is determined by genetic engineering, Vincent Freeman is born via natural conception—the "traditional way"—rendering him genetically "inferior." Consequently, he is classified as an "Invalid" and marginalized, barred from realizing his dream of space travel or joining the elite class.
Using stolen genetic samples, Vincent assumes the identity of Jerome, a genetically "Valid" individual. Armed with Jerome's DNA and an extremely meticulous disguise, Vincent successfully gains entry into the premier space agency, the Gattaca Aerospace Corporation. He works hard to conceal his true identity while striving to pass a series of genetic screenings. #EthanHawke #UmaThurman #JudeLaw #LorenDean #TonyShalhoub by @bcmd4
