If your trainer has you eating Chicken 🍗 and Broccoli 🥦 with 3 weeks out, you are waaaay behind or he doesn’t know what he’s doing lol!!
Still averaging close to 400g carbs/day and getting leaner!! @troponin_nutrition by @bcopebfit

Excited to get on stage with a PRO level physique!!

The ABSOLUTE BEST I’ve looked at 3 weeks out!! And we are still improving weekly!

Wanna send a shout out to the Best coach I’ve worked with so far @troponin_nutrition

If you are looking to take your body to the next level, this dude is the Real Deal!! No nonsense approach but the Carb cycling is a definite game changer!
Stop hiring these COOKIE CUTTER COACHES that want you to suffer so bad to get lean!
You don’t have to suffer if you stay lean all year long
I’m averaging about 350g carbs/day and feeling strong and alive and healthy going into the final weeks!! by @bcopebfit

When I was 8 weeks out I was happy with my progress so far but knew I needed to be pushed and directed to the right path.
So at 7 weeks out I hired @troponin_nutrition and coach Justin Harris!!
What a Great decision!!
We are now 6 weeks out just 1 week into the Plan and look at what has happened to my physique ALREADY!!
This is a wrap!! If we keep changing like this all I can do is laugh, be happy and keep pushing til the end by @bcopebfit

This is a 5 day difference after starting the plan with @troponin_nutrition

Excited to showcase my improvements from previous showing!! @troponin_nutrition @team_troponin by @bcopebfit

After 18 years of living here this is the cleanest I’ve seen this place on my last day living here.
My landlord decided to sell.
On to next chapter…
God leads and I just follow
Second major move in 6 months by @bcopebfit

Left photo is September 23,2022
Right photo is September 23,2026, today 4 years later both 8 weeks out
I love comparing old prep photos to show me if I’m where I need to be based on exact time frame as before
At 8 weeks out I’m holding more size in upper body, still playing catch up with quads, glutes, hammies are thicker and as lean as before
Dieted way too hard in 2022 and burned away a lot of muscle chasing shredded glutes!! Keeping food way higher has helped tremendously with energy levels and recovery
I feel amazing but a second professional eye always helps

I’m considering hiring a coach to shred me up from here. 🤔🤔 Not sure but one person who I think I would work well is @troponiniq Justin Harris who is my boy @brandon__curry coach by @bcopebfit

8 weeks out!!
