When I was asked to be the Keynote Speaker for @coachcarmencarrion and @bklynangel1006 @passionandpurpose2025 event, I was HONORED.

Leaving the event yesterday, I was INSPIRED!

When you are in a room with 40 phenomenal, excited, accepting, dedicated women who have different dreams but the same level of passion, the temperature in the room changes.

No, literally!

Our breakthroughs GOT US HOT IN THERE!!🔥

I hate the process.
But I love the finished product.

Every week, I edit at least one podcast episode for a client.

Some weeks? Three.

And my process? It’s not random. It’s not vibes.

It’s five detailed, intentional steps.
And when there are multiple guests with separate audio tracks? Multiply the work. Multiply the time. Multiply the energy.

Some days, when my autoimmune disorder is flaring and my joints are screaming or I’m running on fumes, I ask myself:

“Why am I doing all this again?”

Then I hit play on the final edit.

I hear the polish. The clarity. The story. The soul.

I send it off.

And I get responses like:

“This sounds SO good.”
“You’re magical.”
“I’m finally enjoying my podcast again.”

That’s when I remember:

I built this process.
And every time, it gets me to the result I’m proud of.

And now, I want to help you build a process that doesn’t just work but feels aligned with your voice, your rhythm, and your community.

That’s one of the reasons why I created Community Consommé.

As this Sunday is winding down, I am reminded of how grateful I am.

I am grateful I woke up this morning.
I am grateful I have my clients that pay me and I was able to go grocery shopping.
I am grateful I have grocery stores in close proximity to my home.
I am grateful I have a car that drives.
I am grateful we have a stove that works.
I am grateful we have gas.
I am grateful we have electricity that keeps our food cold in the fridge and the food frozen in the freezer.
I am grateful I have great cooking skills that I learned from my mom.
I am grateful I have a home with a new roof.
I am grateful I have the ability to stand and all my limbs work.
I am grateful I have all my teeth.
I am grateful I got to eat this in quiet while my family did their thang.
I am grateful for my family that lives within this home and the ones that do not.

Without all of those things, I wouldn't have been able to make this breakfast I was thinking about for FIVE DAYS!

And because of all that gratitude, when I make myself a treat like this, it tastes even better.

Gratefulness, Abundance and Treats all go hand and hand.

After working MANY hours, yesterday evening, I hemmed and hawed on whether or not I wanted to attend a networking event I signed up for a few weeks ago.

A few weeks ago Bethany was so down to laugh with friends and engage with new women.

Last night Bethany was ti-red!

She did 2 recording sessions, edited hours of audio, created reels, show notes, had coffee and chats, discovery calls, client meetings, created and sent out contracts and oh ya, created a new signature offer (including a landing page and application form).

I told myself I didn't have to go even though I said I would when I got in the shower.

I told myself I didn't have to go as I got dressed.

I told myself I didn't have to go as I put on makeup.

I told myself I didn't have to go as I set the GPS to the networking event's location!

I told myself I didn't have to go when I pulled into the parking lot.

I told myself I didn't have to go when I walked into the event.

And as soon as walked in, I knew I made the right decision.

There are many reasons NOT to do something.

Some valid.
Some fear-based.

But sometimes doing the steps and allowing yourself an out during the entire process is all you need to actually get yourself there.
