To be #youngandgrey! ✨💖🦄☺️ Special thanks to @starspreferbre for these 🧬 and this bomb blow out and cut on my natural salt and pepper hair. (yep, no chemicals). 😍
.
.
.
Fun Fact: I started greying in my early twenties and by the time I turned 29 I was 25% there. 😱

These pics are from one year ago, but the fourth pic was from 2015 when I was 28-years-old with scattered silver hairs and one small patch in the back. This short cut was one of my favorite looks by @starspreferbre back when I used relaxers to straighten my natural hair. 🥰

Many of the women on my mom’s side of the family also turn grey at a young age. And their hair is often a beautiful silver or white.

Just wanted to share what’s been blossoming under my crowns (aka my wigs)😆👩🏾‍🦳

Also, the first pic was from one year ago (2020). Just waited for the moment when it felt right to share.

*cues Nipsey Hussle : “That’s how I knew that I was different...”

It’s #kindachic when you don’t have to feed your likeness to AI to hop on the #80strend bandwagon because you really BEEN out here styling and profiling. I’mma just sit this right here from 2018. 📸 💁🏾‍♀️✨#HER #inreallife #bcstarksstyle by @bcstarks

A beautiful reminder that movement isn’t just about fitness. Sometimes it’s how we care for the body that’s carrying us through this life. Grateful for the reminder, the movement, and the people I got to share it with. 🤎

Thank you, @xoJalonda, for creating such a powerful space.

And s/o to @cuban.fit for the cutest athleisure. 👌🏾

Sometimes the lessons we need show up in unexpected places. ✨

Thank you, @brittanyhayles_ , for creating a space that was about so much more than posing. I left inspired to practice presence, embodiment, and self-love in a whole new way.

If you’ve ever considered taking one of her classes, this is your sign. 🤍
