Had an incredible Cross Country team camp to set the tone for the upcoming season 🔥 We got some great running in, saw some local sights, went camping, showed off our artistic skills, and found a frog(s) 🐸

Can’t wait to get started at the Augie Twilight in a couple weeks as we keep on climbing and stacking 🧱⚡️ #TheCliff #BCUXC #ChargerXC #GPAC #BattleOn by @bcu_xc_tf

The Start of the NEW Year for Briar Cliff University Cross Country and Track and Field! Cross Country kicked off the year with move in on Monday and had a great week of training and fun!

They went camping as a team and enjoyed some very competitive SpikeBall and card games! Kudos to @coachocasek for putting this all together and being chef!

We capped off the week on Friday with the rest of the track and field team moving in! Apologies for not getting everyone with a picture but what a GREAT feeling it is to have everyone back!

This is going to be an incredible year and can’t wait to see what you all can do, the friendships you will make and the future you all have ahead of you!
