So much of what I do in real estate is shaped by the life we’ve built - and the faith that grounds it. Here’s a little bit of our story:

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 I’m Bridgid - wife, mom, real estate agent (13 years and counting!), and lover of all things home.

🏡 I truly believe this work is part of my calling. Helping people find home - whether it’s their first, next, or forever - never gets old. It’s also a family affair! My husband, mom and two of my siblings are in real estate, too.

❤️ Robert and I have been married for 10 years, and we’re so thankful God chose us to be Oliver and Sophia’s parents. Both of them came to us through adoption, and their stories are such a beautiful reminder of God’s goodness and timing. 🙏

🤪 I’m the 4th of 5 siblings, so I thrive in a full house and chaotic group texts.💬💬💬

🏈 We’re all-in on Ohio State football over here. Saturdays in The ‘Shoe are a tradition - and yes, Robert was literally @thebrutusbuckeye back in his college days! 🌰

This process was a labor of love, dedication and expertise. From deep research into the estate and historical significance of the property so I could help my client appreciate the value, to working hand-in-hand with the appraiser to ensure its value reflected the market and beyond - every step was intentional, personal and strategic. ❤️

For the first time in nearly 3 decades, this iconic Clintonville home has new owners. 👏

Things I do that make no sense to most people, but I refuse to change:

1. My paper planner. Yes, I have a smartphone. Yes, I know how digital calendars work. But if my schedule isn't written down, it simply doesn't exist. There is nothing more satisfying than physically crossing a completed task off my daily list.

2. Printing physical listing sheets for home tours. I know everything is digital now, but there is something about holding the paper and jotting down scribbled notes in the margins together that makes a house start to feel like a potential home.

3. Sending handwritten thank-you cards and check-in notes. In a world of instant messages and automated emails, I still sit down with actual stationery and a stamp. It takes longer, but major life transitions deserve a personal touch, not just a quick text.

Ok I can't be the only one...what's one thing in your daily life or work that makes zero logical sense to others, but you will never stop doing?!

The fast pace of real estate and the joy of helping families find their place here in Central Ohio fills my cup, but my cup is also filled with lots of moments behind the scenes.

For me, it’s about that Sunday morning reset at church, followed by an afternoon at my parents’ pool watching my kids and their cousins splash around. It’s the energy of hosting a house full of family and friends, and the laughter shared with my siblings.

These are the pieces of my life that make "home" so important to me and it's exactly why I’m so passionate about helping my clients find their home, too.

Meet Kim & Dave!

There’s something incredibly special about helping people you’ve known your entire life. Kim and Dave are the parents of a dear childhood friend, and I have so many memories at this very house over the years, especially playing in this awesome yard.

If you look closely at the second picture, you can barely see the little playhouse in the backyard!

Getting to be the one to help them transition out of this home after 37 years was such a full-circle privilege. I’m so grateful I could be there to guide them through such an emotional process.

This has been on my mind all week:

"By wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established; by knowledge the rooms are filled with all precious and pleasant riches." - Proverbs 24:3-4

To me, that "wisdom and understanding" is really just discernment. It is so easy to rush, but I am learning that some of the best things in life and business are built slowly (which is hard for me!) and with deep intention.

In real estate, I think discernment means knowing when and how to advise a client to wait and how to help protect their peace. Personally, for me it is about keeping my own foundation steady so I can show up fully for others.
