Great connecting with the Edmonton construction community at ICBA’s Meet the Generals.

Our Hall Shoring & Foundations team was on the ground representing Hall and connecting with industry partners, contractors and fellow construction professionals.

Thanks to ICBA for bringing everyone together. We appreciate the conversations and connections.

Today, on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we honour Survivors of residential schools, remember the children who never returned home, and recognize the lasting impacts on Indigenous communities.

At Hall, we are committed to building meaningful, long-term relationships with Indigenous communities based on mutual trust and respect. This includes recognizing Indigenous peoples’ traditional knowledge and connection to the lands where we work and live, and creating opportunities for employment, training, mentoring and economic participation.

Reconciliation is an ongoing commitment, and one that requires continued action, learning and meaningful relationships.

Edmonton, we’re looking forward to being part of the conversation.

Hall will be at the ICBA 2026 Meet The Generals on September 29 at the Edmonton Convention Centre, bringing together contractors, developers, consultants and other professionals from across Alberta’s construction industry.

If you’re attending, stop by and meet the Hall team. We’d be happy to connect, talk about the work we’re doing across Western Canada, and hear what’s ahead for the industry.

See you there.

Building a strong industry means creating opportunities to connect, share experiences and learn from one another.

Hall team members joined women and allies from across the road building and heavy construction industry at the Women in Road Building BrewPub Night in Langley. Hosted by the BC Road Builders & Heavy Construction Association, the evening provided a relaxed setting to network, build relationships and celebrate the women contributing to the industry.

Thank you to everyone from Hall who attended and represented our team. We’re glad to see our people taking part in conversations that help strengthen the industry for the next generation.

Last week Friday, the new 232nd Street Overpass across Hwy#1 opened to traffic. This is a major milestone for the Hall-Jacob Joint Venture, and a momentous occasion for local residents and commuters who have been patiently navigating their way through this busy construction site. 🎉

To commemorate this event and the significant improvement this will have towards traffic flow through the site, we welcomed the first northbound and southbound drivers across the new bridge with a gift card as a token of our appreciation for all the kindness and patience shown to our crews. Congratulations to Belinda from Langley, who travelled southbound at 12:24 pm and Natalia a UBC student from Columbia who travelled northbound just two minutes later at 12:26 pm. 🚧

Thank you to our crews that have worked tirelessly on this bridge for over 2 years, and to every resident and motorist that has endured the inconvenience that comes with major infrastructure improvements. Just wait for what comes next as we move closer to project completion in early 2027! 💪 taken in Langley, British Columbia by @bdhall.ca

A day together outside of work is a good reminder that the people behind Hall are what make the company what it is.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this year’s Hall Family Picnic at the PNE. It was a chance for employees and their families to spend some time together, enjoy the day and connect outside of the usual work routine.

We appreciate everyone who came out and helped make it a great afternoon.

There’s a lot that goes into keeping a construction project moving—and it starts well before equipment reaches the work area.

Hall’s Equipment Division supports our teams with a large and diverse fleet of construction equipment, from excavators and loaders to specialized machinery used across our projects. Behind that fleet is a team responsible for keeping equipment maintained, serviced and ready for the work ahead.

Having the right equipment available when it’s needed helps our crews work efficiently and take on a wide range of projects across the Hall Group.

It’s an important part of the operation that doesn’t always get seen—but it plays a role in every project we deliver.
