Set against Pleasant View’s mountain backdrop, this custom residence blends timeless architecture with elevated, thoughtfully selected finishes. Expansive windows bring in natural light and capture incredible views from nearly every direction. The primary suite offers a spa-inspired bath, separate tub and shower, oversized walk-in closet, and laundry hookups. The fully finished basement features 9’ ceilings, adding to the bright, open feel, while custom tile and designer details carry throughout the home. Outside, the large, flat lot offers no backyard neighbors and plenty of room for a future pool or sport court. The covered patio is perfectly positioned to enjoy the surrounding views, while the double-deep 3-car garage and 36’ RV pad provide plenty of space for vehicles, storage, and toys.

The arches layered through the entry, steel-framed office, checkerboard floor, and that view straight into the great room… this home has so many moments that make you stop and look twice.

Staring at this shower like we didn’t design every inch of it. 🤎
The tile. The arch. The texture. This one deserved a moment.

Unfortunately, we have expensive taste..

Stone walls, walnut cabinets, oversized islands, statement lighting… it adds up!!

But if we’re building it, we’re doing it right.

A favorite kitchen, and it’s easy to see why🤍

We love the mix of beautiful open shelving and all the hidden functionality behind the scenes, especially that hidden butler’s pantry.

Tile is one of the most important design decisions in a home.

It sets the tone, adds texture, and brings every space to life.

At BDK Builders, every tile selection is intentional. The details are what make a house feel like a custom home.
