Champions League-Teilnehmer Knack Volley Roeselare.

Hey friends and family!! As we edge closer to the end of movember, myself and the rest of the McMaster men’s volleyball team are reaching out across our social medias in search of donations. In past years I haven’t taken this month as seriously, but the first half of this school year in particular provided challenges that took a serious toll on my mental health. Recognizing how many men have been through similar hardships helped me realize how important our efforts as athletes with platforms are in changing how we as men view seeking out and accepting healthcare. Access to services which helped me through these difficulties was crucial in terms of getting me back on track and performing my best both on and off the court. Movember as a platform gives directly back to organizations which continue to help men through tough times whether it be to do with their mental or physical well-being, and provide greater access to care year over year. Link to donate is in bio, anything is appreciated!❤️❤️❤️ taken in Movember by @bdnmills
