It’s Salsa Romántica Month! Don’t just hear the music. Let it influence the way you move. 🎶❤️‍🔥

Dancing with intention can be as simple as paying closer attention to what the music is giving you.

And with Salsa Romántica in the spotlight this month, we have another opportunity to explore how the feeling, instruments, accents, pauses, and changes in energy within the music can influence the choices we make in our dancing. ✨

That’s what Bryan continues exploring with us in Mambo Footwork & Musicality: training the movement while developing a deeper relationship with the music behind it.

Join Bryan every Thursday at 7:30 PM for Mambo Footwork & Musicality

📍 5346 Jackson Drive, Suite B, La Mesa, CA 91942

Listen with intention. Then let your dancing respond. 🎶❤️‍🔥

A little workshop recap of our Directors, @bryanandarianna , bringing the Flavor & Soul to @novadancefest ! 💃🏻🕺🏻❤️‍🔥

We loved seeing our Directors take a piece of what they bring to the SabroSoul floor every week and share it with the Salsa community. ✨

From breaking down the movement and technique to putting everything together with the dancers in the room, Bryan & Arianna brought a little piece of SabroSoul with them every step of the way.

And to everyone who joined their workshop—thank you for learning, dancing, and sharing the floor with our Directors! 🫶🏼

There’s something special about seeing the Flavor & Soul we build at home being shared with dancers beyond our own floor.

Thank you, @novadancefest , for having our Directors! ❤️‍🔥

Bryan & Arianna brought the Flavor. You brought the Soul. 🫶🏼

The more you understand the rhythm, the more fun you can have playing with it. 👀🎶❤️‍🔥

Cha Cha Chá gives us so much room to explore—not just where the steps go, but how we can use our timing, groove, movement quality, and musicality to actually dance with the music.

As those pieces become more familiar, there’s more room to relax, experiment, and start finding the little details that make your Cha Cha Chá feel like yours. 💃🏻🕺🏻✨

That’s what we continue working on every Tuesday—building the technique while giving ourselves plenty of space to enjoy the rhythm along the way.

Join us every Tuesday at 6:30 PM for Cha Cha Chá

📍 5346 Jackson Drive, Suite B, La Mesa, CA 91942

Learn the rhythm. Find your groove. Then have some fun with it. 🫶🏼❤️‍🔥

Just like that… we’re already halfway through our Absolute Beginner Salsa On2 Series! 💃🏻🕺🏻❤️‍🔥

Three weeks ago, some of our dancers were stepping onto the Salsa floor for the very first time. Now, we’re starting to see those first lessons connect—the timing becoming more familiar, the steps making a little more sense, and the foundations beginning to take shape. ✨

And we’re only halfway there!

The next three weeks give us even more time to practice, repeat, ask questions, and continue building on everything we’ve already introduced.

Join Bryan & Arianna every Monday at 6:30 PM for Absolute Beginner Salsa On2

✨ First time dancing Salsa? Our FREE Intro to Salsa On2 starts at 5:30 PM!

📍 5346 Jackson Drive, Suite B, La Mesa, CA 91942

Halfway through. Three more weeks to keep building. 🫶🏼❤️‍🔥

Friday gives you a little bit of everything—time to train AND time to dance. 👞❤️‍🔥

Before we hit the social floor, we’re putting some time into our footwork.

In Advanced Beginner Salsa On2 Footwork, we continue working on timing, coordination, rhythm, technique, and movement quality while giving ourselves plenty of opportunities to practice and become more comfortable with the movement we’re learning. 💃🏻🕺🏻✨

Then comes one of the best parts—you get an entire social afterward to dance, explore, and enjoy yourself. 👀

We love seeing familiar faces in class—and we can see you starting to find your own Cha Cha Chá groove. 👀❤️‍🔥

With consistency comes familiarity. The rhythm starts feeling more natural, the timing becomes more comfortable, and you begin finding more opportunities to actually play with the music instead of thinking through every step. 💃🏻🕺🏻🎶

That’s the progress we love seeing in Cha Cha Chá—not just learning the steps, but becoming more comfortable with the rhythm, groove, and musicality that give Cha Cha Chá its own flavor.

Join us every Tuesday at 6:30 PM for Cha Cha Chá

📍 5346 Jackson Drive, Suite B, La Mesa, CA 91942

Keep training. Keep exploring. Your Cha Cha Chá groove is showing. ❤️‍🔥
