Bring-a-buddy day was just the best! This week our fins, flippers, & junior groups got to bring a friend to swim practice. It was a great day of tie-dyeing, playing games and swimming together with our Blue Dolfins family & friends! 🐬🩵 by @bdwinterpark

✅ Rainy Day Practices just got an update!

💦 We’ve added a mini projector so coaches can continue working with swimmers while everyone is safely out of the water.

👉 During weather delays, we can use that time for swim videos, race analysis, technique instruction and other educational activities. taken in Cady Way Pool by @bdwinterpark

‼️ We had a full house last night at the Center for Health & Wellbeing as five-time Olympian and world record holder Alia Atkinson inspired swimmers and families with a powerful and heartfelt presentation.

✅ Alia shared practical advice on staying motivated, answered thoughtful questions from the audience, and generously stayed afterward to meet every young swimmer, pose for photos, and offer words of encouragement.

💧This special event was part of our Drowning Prevention Week, and we’re honored to have Alia as a partner in promoting water safety and drowning prevention. Her passion for helping families stay safe in and around the water is making a real difference.

🩵💙 Thank you, Alia, for reminding us that champions aren’t just made in the pool—they’re built through perseverance, kindness, and a commitment to lifting up the next generation. by @bdwinterpark

✅ We had an amazing start to our Drowning Prevention Week with a free community swim lesson this morning.

🧡 Orlando Health was on hand to hand out goodies, like sunblock, water watcher pledge cards, and other educational materials.

👏 Special thanks to our Blue Dolfins coaches, swim instructors, and volunteers for creating an atmosphere where new swimmers feel safe and confident trying a new skill.

👉 Join us throughout the coming week as we have lots of free activities to help make a dent in drowning! taken in Cady Way Pool by @bdwinterpark
