Negotiating your worth doesn’t have to feel intimidating. It’s really just knowing what you bring to the table and being willing to stand on it.. It’s definitely an art form🙌🏾

Always ask what is the budget for the role you are interviewing for.. and not only the base salary. Whats the bonus structure, any equity . The TOTAL compensation.

It took me years in my career to build the confidence to even ask for more, even when I knew I deserved it.. but we have to get into that habit.

And if you’re not sure how to get there and how to build the strategy, pull your receipts together, or figure out what you should be asking for, I got youuu boo💕

I was literally trying to avoid addressing this viral topic but the amount of DM’s, tags and messages i have received about this and my answer is absolutely NOT😩🙄

Bringing iced coffee into an interview makes you look less prepared, less focused, and less serious than the moment requires.. mmmkay.

Ice melts..Condensation drips. Straws make noise.. GURL!

It’s small, but interviews are environments where everything is noticed.

Leave it home or wait until you finish your interview, then go celebrate with a coffee. Thank yah😘😘

40’s is really the new 30’s. This is honestly the best I’ve ever felt in a while. Confident, mentally sharper, sexier, healthier and I live my life with no apologies and no explanations.

Leaning heavily on God’s plans for me and embracing it all.
