One of the biggest compliments I get when someone comes into the office is, “I just love your energy!”

It’s my absolute joy to watch you be FULL GO.

Whether your goal is something small, like picking up a coffee mug without pain, or something big, like competing for the world to watch, I treat it just the same.

So if you’re struggling with shoulder, elbow, or knee pain that you’re just kinda living with 🤷‍♀️, book a discovery call with Full Go. We’ll talk about whether we’re the right fit for you and how we can help you get back to doing the things that bring YOU joy.

Your sign to stop ignoring that knee pain🫣

From personal experience, I had a hard time finding someone I could trust with my own injuries and treatment. So the solution was to build the place I was looking for.

At Full Go we create a plan that adapts to your lifestyle. Because forcing someone to do something 5x/week, 2x/day isn’t a good use of anyone’s time.

I keep my clients active. Most of them are athletes who want to compete in pickleball, tennis, CrossFit, Hyrox and so much more! Fully benching an athlete doesn’t help their mental or physical health. It just makes it harder when they come back. And sometimes rest doesn’t even address the injury.

Yes. I work with the pro athletes. I also treat your friends from Thursday Ladies Night. Your drilling partner. The people you do partner workouts with. Your CrossFit coach. Your pickleball coach. The best part? Everyone gets the same treatment and care.

Never out. Sometimes modified. Always FULL GO. 💪

Rested it, wore the strap, changed your grip, and still in pain.
Dry needling isn’t the fix for everything. It’s very good at a few specific things.

Swipe for the research — 108 patients, dry needling against a cortisone shot, and what looked different at six months.

Here’s how I actually use it. I’m trained in @structureandfunction and their Pentamodal method, so it’s never just sticking a needle where it hurts. Chronic elbow pain keeps coming back because the nervous system is part of the problem, not only the tendon. Pairing the MYK system with dry needling is what has consistently given my patients a pain-free window. It’s where we rehab and strengthen the tendon.

Then the exercises have to fit the person in front of me. Same diagnosis, different sport, different hands, different demands.

The needle opens the window. Strength is what keeps it open.

How long has your elbow been bothering you?

Maintaining mobility during an injury is very important. Joints above and below the injury can feel tight and unable to move due to the trauma an injury causes. Here are some of my mobility exercises that I am doing to get back to Full Go!

#athletic #mobility #recovery #injury #backpain

Thoracic rotation with foam roller.
3 rounds of 8/side
- Lay on one side and pin the top knee on a foam roller. Hip at 90° and knee at 90°
- Rotate toward the opposite side and try to keep both shoulder blades on the ground.
- if you don’t have that full range it’s ok! Keep coming back to your starting position and work your way into a bigger range of motion.

90/90 Extension
3 rounds of 8/side
- Get in a 90/90 position
- Drive up into extension without using momentum

Adductor Mobilization
3 rounds of 8/side
- Start in a table top position. Stack shoulders on top of hands and hip on top of knees
- Move one foot out laterally and keeping your leg straight and toes facing forward
- Rock back into your heel

3 rounds of 20 seconds
- Lay on your stomach
- Forehead off of the floor
- Lift both hands and feet off of the ground
- Try to fly like Superman!
- Don’t look up and hurt your neck!

Squat Holds
3 rounds of 20 seconds
- Sit at the bottom of your squat
- Do not collapse at the bottom
- Actively engage your feet, glutes and core during this hold! by @be.fullgo

A year of back pain. I treat this for a living. And I still put it off.

So I’m documenting the whole thing — start to finish, no edits to make it look clean. What the process actually looks like when you do it right, and what it costs to get back to Full Go.

Because most people don’t quit rehab from pain. They quit from the plateau.

Progress is never linear. We keep going anyway. If YOU have back pain, comment BACK and we will get you in the office this week to get your started on your recovery.

Your paddle grip might be the reason your elbow hurts.

Too skinny = your hand has to squeeze harder to control the paddle. Squeeze harder for 3 hours = angry forearm tendons.

Other things quietly wrecking your elbow:

💪🏽 Technique that puts the load in your wrist instead of your shoulder and hips
🔥 Death-gripping the paddle every single point
🥒 A forearm and rotator cuff that haven’t built the endurance for the volume you’re playing

Tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow aren’t “wear and tear.” They’re a capacity problem — your tissue can’t handle what you’re asking of it yet. Rest alone doesn’t fix that. Building capacity does.

You don’t have to sit out the season.

Comment ELBOW and I’ll get you scheduled for an appointment at Full Go.

We’re so excited and incredibly proud to be sending off @diyayadav.17 strong, healthy, and FULL GO as she heads to the University of Pennsylvania this fall! 🎉

Diya is officially beginning her first season with the Penn Women’s Squash Team, and we can’t wait to see everything she accomplishes at the next level. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to the process have been inspiring to watch.

We’re going to miss you Diya, but we know you’re just getting started. Wishing you an amazing freshman year and a season filled with success. 💜 by @be.fullgo

Our first event was a HUGE success thanks to our amazing ladies! 💕

Sweat, Sip & Yap — and that’s exactly what we did! We crushed a full-body strength workout followed by a 15-minute conditioning piece. 💪🔥

Then we wrapped things up with custom coffee creations, lots of laughs, and plenty of chatting with both new and old friends. ✨

Thank you to everyone who came out and made our first meetup so special. We loved seeing women support, encourage, and connect with each other!
Stay tuned… details for our next meetup are coming soon! 💕☕️ by @be.fullgo

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms. We recognize your sacrifice. We see your love. We are forever grateful to YOU.

What Does Full Go Mean?

As a former college athletic trainer, I’d often get asked by coaches, “Are they Full Go for today’s practice or game?”

For athletes, being Full Go is about more than just showing up. It’s about being in the right mindset and physical state to perform at their highest level. My role is to create an environment where athletes can heal and grow, not just physically but also mentally and emotionally.

Believing in yourself is key. Trust that you’ll be back to doing what you love in no time. 💜
