✨ A dream turned into reality.🙏🏼

🪷 Traveling to India, the birthplace of yoga, to complete my teacher training was an experience beyond words. Learning from one of the best teachers in the world and meeting such incredible people along the way has been an absolute honor.

🕉️ This journey reminded me that it’s never too late to follow your passion. Age is just a number—what matters is having the courage to pursue what makes you happy.

Forever grateful for the lessons, the memories, and the people. Thank you.

SO’HAM: Haṁsa Krama Level 1 is a well-rounded, refined and integrative 60 minute Open Level sequence designed by Talia Sutra. It bridges the dynamic methods of Aṣṭāṅga Vinyāsa with the still intensity of the Ghoṣ lineage in addition to Sutra’s own methods. This class is grounded, vigorous, methodical, intuitive and deeply purifying. It moves through dynamic vinyāsas, foundational postures, long holds and deep spinal activations in all five directions for complete energetic purification.

SO’HAM: Haṁsa Krama L2 is a well-rounded, refined and integrative 90-minute intermediate sequence by Talia Sutra. It bridges the dynamic methods of Aṣṭāṅga Vinyāsa with the still intelligence of the Ghoṣ
lineage along with Talia Sutra’s methods and discoveries.
LAAIC aims at a sattvik approach to yoga āsana and Haṭha Yoga at large and prioritizes an equanimous attitude of the mind despite of the physical (and subtle)
eﬀorts involved. Like all TS LAAIC classes, SO’HAM: Haṁsa Krama is grounded, methodical, intuitive and deeply purifying. It moves through dynamic vinyasas,

Bhakti

❣️ Bhakti occupies a central role in the teachings of the Bhagavad Gītā in the Chapter 12, called Bhakti Yoga, as well as in the other chapters.

🪷 Bhakti allows us to transcend the dualities of life (pleasure-pain, gain-loss) and remain rooted in equanimity. True love and surrender to Iśvara dissolve false inner identifications and attachments, removing all that is false until all that remains is Pure Knowing.

A powerful mantra which carries the essence of non-duality: Advaita Vedānta. It reinforces the oneness of the (seemingly) individual self (jīvātman) with the supreme self (parāmatman). It dissolves the mind’s identifications and in time reveals all that remains: I am That.

Built at the end of the 16th century, the Escurial Monastery is located in an exceptionally beautiful spot at the foot of the Sierra de Guadarrama, north of Madrid. It was the retreat of a mystic king, Philip II, and in the last years of his reign it became the centre of the greatest political power of the time.

Philip II founded the monastery in 1563 as a votive monument and pantheon for the Spanish monarchs from the Holy Roman Emperor Charles V onwards. Its design, both complex and simple, was created by Juan Bautista de Toledo, a Spanish pupil of Michelangelo who was working on the Vatican Basilica, and completed by Juan de Herrera after Toledo’s death.

Palácio Nacional da Ajuda

The National Palace of Ajuda is a neoclassical building from the first half of the 19th century.
It became a royal residence when King Luís I ascended the throne and remained so until the end of the monarchy in 1910.
It still preserves its decorative works of art in a lively and true to its origins exhibition.
The private apartments are on the ground floor, starting from the music room, while the state rooms are on the upper floor.
As a museum, it houses important collections of decorative arts from the 18th and 19th centuries: gold and silverware, textiles, furniture and ceramics, as well as paintings, sculptures and photographs.
The most important state ceremonies held by the President of the Republic are still held here.

The Lëtzebuerg City Museum

This museum brings to life more than a thousand years of the capital’s history: “The Story of Luxembourg” is a permanent exhibition that traces the development of the city through numerous original artefacts and models, some of them with multimedia animations. The new UNESCO Visitors’ Centre fits in perfectly and continues the same historical theme, while two other floors of the museum house temporary exhibitions. The Lëtzebuerg City Museum is housed in four historic buildings built between the 17th and 19th centuries, some on medieval foundations.
